Necro still wasn't entirely convinced this was a wise choice but his ghostly dam had insisted they make this trip so..here he was, standing jut outside the packs boarders and..waiting.
Waiting for Yakut he was sure - she would likely know he was here sooner or later..or one of the other sisters might wander by and take notice of his dappled hide. Certainly that would be a less pleasant greeting but he wasn't too worried about it either Necro wasn't much worried about anything most of the time..except perhaps his mother whose incessant nattering he was currently ignoring completely as he feigned sleeping in the hopes that she would stop talking.

He had finally come. Yakut had wondered if Necro would ever wander by to see what he had helped to create. She would not be offended if he never did, that had never been part of their deal, he merely helped her and he was free to visit or not. The trees had whispered to her that their visitor was waiting just outside of pack lands. Best to see to him before one of the other Sisters did, though they had all been informed of the possibility of him coming to the pack at some point.
Best to take Oracle with her, if any of the other pups followed then so be it, but Oracle more than any of them needed to meet her father as they shared the common bond of a spirit guide. Nosing the grey pup out of her slumber Yakut whispered in her ears. "Come we have a visitor, bring your sister." Of course the sister she referred to was neither of the sleep pups that lay near Oracle but the sister who had not been given a chance to survive. Making sure Oracle was following her words Yakut slipped from the den. It did not take long for her to find Necro and while he laid upon the ground she knew he was awake. "You have come at last Ghostwalker."Oracle was none too happy to be woken from her nap early but her sister on the other hand seemed more chipper than ever. What was going on? Letting out a small yawn Oracle dragged herself to her paws and followed her mother outside of the den, though her eyes struggled to stay open the small grey pup was able to keep up. When her mother addressed another wolf Oracle cast a curious glance around her and then her silver eyes fell upon a hide that was very similar to her own. Could this be her father? Mother had told her some things about Necro but she never expected to ever see him, he was not part of the pack.

Occult was awakened from his slumber when the deer they'd had for dinner last night was startled and fled on ghostly hooves, intrigued the pup struggled tohis feet, stepped over his siblings and trotted a bit behind his mother and sister - when his mother didn't immediately turn about and tell him to go back he figured he was allowed to follow. He'd learned fairly early on no to bother trying to trick his mother - she always seemed to know what he was up to.
It wasn't a particularly long trip to the pack's boarders but it was a quiet one as neither his mother nor his sister seemed inclined to talk much. That was fine with him really - Occult generally preferred to stay quiet anyways. In fact he hadn't actually spoken yet at all and there were bet's on th weather he even could. Occult wasn't inclined to let them know.
He was surprised however when they stopped in front of a sleeping male wolf. He was large and grey and had a peculiar dappling pattern that looked much like his sisters and his own, Edging closer he sat down beside his sibling. Necromancer cracked open an eye as Yakut spoke lifting a head to regard not only her but the two pups as well. So the ghosts had not been leading him wrong this time around, wasn't that nice? 'We never lead you wrong..you just don't listen' came the uppity voice of his dam a remark which earned her both a glare and a snort of derision from Necro. He listened fine thank you very much..she jut babbled so incessantly that the important thing got lost in the fountain of uselessness that she spouted the rest of the time. Seemingly hurt by the train of his thoughts she gave Necro a wounded look...which he ignored as he got to his feet.
"I was told that I should come, and they badgered on about it so incessantly that I have" He confirmed with a slight nod.

Yakut had been well aware that Occult followed them but she stayed quiet allowing the pup to trail behind. It would be good for him as well to meet him father as he too had some effects of the silver eyed curse. Necro's words brought a slight smile to her maw. "They knew about what was created and wished to see it, wished for you to see it." Her brown eyes looked down at the two pups, slightly amused that the only two who came were the two who truly needed to meet their father. "Oracle, Occult this is your father, Necromancer." Her attention returned to Necro. "As you can see, these two have your so-called silver eyed curse." She did not bother to say to what extent the curse affected the pups as she was certain that Necro, or his damn, would feel the death that surrounded the pups.
Oracle looked over at her brother, why had he come, mother had only woke her up. Arima flitted about the two of them laughing slight and that caused Oracle to glare at her sisters ghost. What was so darn funny? Of course Arima also seemed to be very interested in the large male before them "Father's here!" She had called out to Oracle. Another annoyed look at her sister. "I know that." Oracle half whispered at her sister then turned her silver eyes to her father, surprised and somewhat pleased to see that his were the same as hers and Occults. "Father." The pup said in greeting, but made no move to get closer to him, merely standing where she was regarding him curiously.

Occult eyed the grey wolf before him, listened a his mother spoke with him and added a slight nod to his sisters greeting, it was nice to see another male who was special...it was hard to be a male in this pack with a gift and perhaps that was the reason he was often so quiet..as far as he was concerned it was better just to not draw the extra attention.
But he would listen..and he would learn.
"Perhaps so" Necro agreed as he looked upon the pups, he assumed there were more then was present by Yakut's words - other wise she wouldn't have pointed out that these two carried the curse..she would have simply said the pups or all of them..or some other such wording that would make it apparent.
'The girl more so then the boy I think' replied Necro's dam as she peered upon the pups in her ghostly form in much the same manner that Necro looked upon them in life. "So they confirm that it is indeed an inherited trait, unless of course the blood must be mixed with another who is touched in some way" He mused "Do you both see things that others do not?" He asked the pups

Yakut's brown eyes settled upon the two pups, Occult as usual was remaining quiet. It did not concern her that he did not speak, no in fact she thought it was best for the time being to keep quiet within the pack, not that she thought their oddities were anything to hide, but males should be the quiet less seen gender anyways. "Perhaps, we may never know the true reason." Yakut stated about the inheritance of the curse. "There are three more of them, but they do not share their siblings gifts." Curse, gift, it was really all the same to Yakut. Lowering herself onto her haunches Yakut settled in and allowed the pups to talk now, well Oracle at least whom she figured would also answer for her brother.
Oracles eyes narrowed a bit as she looked at her father, well no not directly at him, but a bit off to his side. She could have swore for a moment then she had seen something there, but not it was gone and though her eyes searched it out, she could not find it once more. "It's grandmother, she is like me!" Arima laughed at her sister when she noticed Oracle squinting. Oracle glanced over at Arima for a moment and then her attention turned back to her father. "Yes." Her simple answer came and then after a pause to think Oracle expanded on this. "I see my sister, she died when we were born." Oracles eyes drifted over to Arima's ghost and then back to her father. "Occult see's the spirits of the animals we eat."

Necromancer took in the information given to him with a stoic silence - three normal to two cursed was not so very bad a ratio. Not that it truly mattered to him in any case...it was merely an interesting fact that he took note of. "A large enough litter then" He remarked with a glance to Yakut, perhaps within the litter she would find the successor she'd been looking for. 'Of course she will - can you not see the child is talented already?' Snapped his ghostly dam - a hint of pride in her tone that nearly made Necro snort in disdain. As if the dead wretch had anything to be proud of, nothing but a mistake that had lead to her death.
"Interesting, my mother was killed when I opened my eyes and thusly does she follow me around " He told the young pup, the similarity of her situation with his made enough sense that Necro was not surprised..but the male seeing the spirits of other animals was something new "You speak to the prey beasts?" He prompted the boy to speak up.
Occult regarded his father for a few moments, blinking silver eyes at him while he tried to decide if he wanted to answer or not. "Not speak with..merely see" He finally responded in a quiet but strong voice. It seemed Occult had been holding out on his family - he was not mute..merely quiet.

Yakut watched as Oracle did indeed answer the question for her brother and in turn Necro asked a question directly to his son. When Occult finally spoke Yakut's ears perked forward and her head lifted a bit as she regarded her quiet son. Yakut had always known that Occult could speak, she had determined so in one of her blood readings, so it wasn't a matter of if but more when he would decide to grace the world with his voice. And it would seem that it was in the presence of his father that he was willing to do so.
Though she was certain that Oracle would have said something about her sisters death it was Yakut that addressed Necro about it first. "Arima died less than a day after she was born, well before the pups opened their eyes. Oracle would not allow me to remove her sister from the den for several days, I knew before she even opened her eyes what she was affected by, it was the only reason why she chose to lay with her dead sibling instead of the living ones." Her eyes floated to the two pups for a moment. "They could use some guidance with their gifted curse, to help them better adjust to it." Then she returned her attention back to Necro, obviously he was the only one who could help the pups out as he had the experience with such things.
"But she wasn't killed." Oracle corrected her father. "She just died." Then for a moment her attention turned to her sisters spirit as the ghost whispered something important in her ears, and then looked back at her father. "Arima said she was meant to die." It never bothered her that she would not be able to physically play with her sister like her other siblings, it was probably for the best anyways considering how annoying Arima could be at times. When her brother spoke for the first time Oracle gave a slightly unimpressed snort. She really couldn't understand why he chose not to talk before now.

"Indeed..there there is still some similarities, perhaps one must have both the blood and the opportunity to be close to a death at a young age must be present for the curse to manifest" He pondered "Though that does not explain Occult..and in any case I expect the why does not matter so much in the long run" He stated with a nod at the young pup who spoke of her sister "we are all meant to die at some point, it is merely different times for different creatures"
Yakuts last statement however was what truly drew his attention and he eyed her for a few moments. He did not think he would be welcome in this pack of females..not with his oddities and his refusal to be owed by anyone ever again. 'do not sit here pondering it out yourself' His dam told him with a roll of her ghostly eyes. She was probably right - it would likely be far more simple to simply ask Yakut "How would such an education be accomplished?"

Yakut bobbed her head in a nod. "Perhaps one day all those answers will be revealed to us. For not they are just another mystery." She would however, continue to consult with the trees and blood to see if they would impart any knowledge of the situation upon her. For now though, those objects only spoke to her about the living and would not mention spirits or the silver eyed curse at all. Yakut knew well that one could not pry information out of things, they would only tell what they wished her or another wolf to know at the time.
Necro question made her smile a bit. "They would need to best fostered, by someone also affected by the curse." It was a bit amusing that Necro did not figure this out on his own. Perhaps the thought of taking on the pups made him ignore that thought. "They are old enough to be without me, but young enough that they are still a handful at times."
"I know." She replied to the statement about everyone meaning to die at some point. Unlike other wolves, including some in this very pack, Oracle was very open and understanding to the idea of death, she knew no one could avoid it and that one day it would take her and then she could truly join her sister in the spirit realm. For now however there was that barrier between her and her sister, where they could see and speak to each other, but there was no physical traits attached. Her mothers words on fostering brought Oracle out of her thinking.
"We are to go with him?" This was the first time she felt annoyed at her curse, even mother was sending them away, but why? Mother had always been accepting of her and Oracles 'faults' why now would she be bringing such a thing up? "Don't be stupid. Mother still cares." Arima pointed out, her ghostly form flitting around the assembled wolves. Oracle for once withheld a glare at her sister, Arima was speaking the truth and she knew it, mother wasn't doing this because she didn't want her and Occult around, she was doing it to help them live better adjusted lives.

Necro merely blinked at Yakut. Was she suggesting what he thought she was? 'Of course she is Neccy dear! What a lovely thing for her to do!' Necro cast a quick glare in the direction of his mothers ghost as she cooed over the pups and once more use that oh so hated nickname.
Was everyone going mad? He couldn't look after pups! Hell he could hardly look after himself half the time what with the pull of death and his mothers ghostly lamentations ..it was enough to drive one nuts and adding pups to the mix would surely cause him to jump off a cliff somewhere. 'Did you like being alone with your curse?' His dam pointed out with a ghostly flash of fangs and Necro had to admit she did have a point - though this was entirely different situation, the pups weren't alone they had each other! 'And they know nothing between the two of them yet'
.... .......
"you just want the pups around' He finally muttered at his mother in a voice barely audible with a resigned sigh. Realizing suddenly that e had spent the better part of a few minutes having this silent conversation with his dam and he hurried to give Yakut an answer before she thought he was ignoring her "Very well....though it might take some time, for them to learn"
Occult wasn't sure what he thought of the track this conversation had taken - on one hand it might be nice to spend some time out and about..see the world that the prey animals told him about in their wild ramblings before they darted off and disappeared forever...but on the other well..this was still the only home he had ever known and the thought of leaving it behind was a bit...daunting. Especially with a wolf he barely knew!
Casting a gaze at his sister to see her response he was at least soothed by the fact that he wouldn't be going alone if the did indeed leave for a time...and it wouldn't be forever right? He sent a questioning look to his mother - though he expected she would only answer Oracle

Yakut sat patiently waiting for Necro to give his answer. She both saw and hear him confer with his mother about the prospect of taking on the two pups. Certainly this was a big decision for him and she was willing to give him time to think on it. In fact the fact that he seemed to hesitate and dwell on it soothed her, had he instantly agreed to it she would have been a bit apprehensive about sending them off. After all there was a chance that Oracle could become her eventual replacement in the pack and she wouldn't let the pup go if she thought Necro would harm her in any way.
Of course with the trees and ground whispering to her as she waited she was assured by all around them that the pups would indeed be safe in Necro's care should he choose to take them for a while. Her gaze shifted to Oracle and Occult for a moment but she refrained from answering their questions until she got an answer from Necro. And finally his answer came. A small smile crossed her maw and her head nodded once in acknowledgment. "Things take time, I understand this well." Yakut's attention turned back to her pups to address Oracles question as well as Occult's silent one. "Yes, though it will only be for a little while. He can teach you things I cannot about the spirit world. And when you are done learning you will be returned here."
Oracle glanced at Occult, catching his unspoken question and then turned her silver eyes back to their parents. The prospect of going out and seeing the world, something that was rare among the Sisters was an interesting one, but Oracle knew she would miss the pack and more importantly her mother and siblings, even if they couldn't understand her weird ways thanks to Arima. But it would do her some good to learn how to live with a spirit at her side, and who better to teach her than father who had his own dam as a spirit guide.
Her mothers words soothed her a bit, they would not be gone forever and she would have Occult around to keep her company if she ever got lonely or afraid. 'When do we leave?' Arima asked as she flitted around their father gleefully. Well at least she was excited to go, last thing Oracle would have wanted was Arima sulking constantly about being forced to tag along. "I understand." She said in a confident voice, looking at Occult for a moment then back to her parents. 'I will miss you though...so will Occult." She added, not sure if her brother would admit to such things or not on his own.

Necromancer eyed the pups with a skeptical look..how on earth was he going to manage taking care of not one but two young pups when frankly..he knew nothing about pups, hell he didn't even know what 'nurturing' really meant..he'd never had parents remember? And his ghost mother hardly counted..she was little more then a badgering bag of wind most of the time.
"Do they uh...need anything special? Care wise? " He finally questioned jut to make sure because ghosts help him if anything were to happen to the pups while they were in his care.
Occult glanced between his sister to his mother..to his father and then back to his sister again as she spoke, adding a solemn nod, his mother didn't spend as much time with him as she did her sisters...but she did make sure he was well fed and warm which was more then could be said for some of the other male puppies in the pack. Still he was excited at the prospect of adventure and his tail thumped the ground a few times at the thought. Were they going to leave right now/ right away?

"As I will miss you both." Yakut said with a rare show of true affection in her voice. She loved all of her pups deeply, even if sometimes it did not get shown that well. At Necro's question he gaze returned to the grey male. "Nothing more than a normal wolf. They need plenty of food, and a warm place to sleep at night. It won't do them any good to get sick from the cold." Winter was coming up after all, so keeping the pups warm would likely be Necro's biggest challenge, they were for the most part well behaved. "They listen well enough. But being young they both sometimes have a mind of their own. Arima will on occasion try to convince Oracle to do something that she shouldn't." And it likely wouldn't have been any different had the pup lived beyond a few hours.
Oracle picked up on Occult's excitement and her tail as well thumped on the ground. Arima was...well she was flitting around fathers side, likely checking out their grandmother, though Oracle still couldn't see her clearly - outside of the occasional glimpse of ghostly grey. Perhaps father could teach her how to not only see, but talk with other spirits as well. Oracle was sure grandmother would have some pretty interesting things to say.

Well...that didn't sound to hard, surely he could contrive a way to keep them warm and fed had never been a problem for him, two pups wouldn't add much of a burden there..they were small, they couldn't eat that much. It would even be hard for them to get away with anything..ghosts didn't sleep and if nothing else his dam would make him aware of their movements for sure. She did so love sticking her nose into other wolves business after all - he couldn't imagine it would be any different with her own grandchildren.
Though he was well aware of the ghosts tendency to lead the living astray from time to time as well and nodded slightly."I don't think any of that will be much of a problem" He told her "And I shouldn't expect that we should be gone for longer then a few weeks...though there are thing which arise with age that may require further teachings down the line"
