So in Japan they recently had YYH come out on Blu-ray, and the Blu-ray included a short original picture drama, which you can find subbed here. Why do anime love alarm clock message recording segments so much? (If you listen to a lot of drama CDs you'll know what I mean) Anyway, while it's not much, the YYH gang needs to record alrm clocks messages, and it turns out really funny. Kuwabara's mainly the star of this short. Whose message would you like to wake up to?

I watched that a while back, and it absolutely made my day.
I like Hiei's, if only for the fact that he's pretty much never going to say anything like that willingly.

I may have chosen Yuusuke's as the funniest (hello, he's threatening to kick someone's a**!!)) But I wouldn't mind waking up to any of them...(Kurama's made me blush, Hiei's was just flat out.....wow...*facepalm* rofl Kurama sure tricked him..)

Kurama's is just too...out of character for me....It's the type of thing I'd sell on eBay. [C'mon, college times call for desperate measures.]
I did appreciate Yusuke's, though.

Yeah, I watched it in Japanese a while ago, but I didn't know it had been subbed until recently.
Hiei's and Yuusuke's are fun.^_^ I think I liked Yuusuke's best because I laughed the most. XD Kurama's I don't see as out of character as much as strategic, he wants to get out of there and is willing to manipulate the crowds to do it.
("College times call for desperate measures", that would make a great quote. XD)

Seeing that makes me giggle every time I watch it, so amusing XD. I wish I had an HD TV and Blu-Ray player just so I could get my hands on that... Japanese release only or not >> <<
As for which character's I'd like to wake up to... actually, none, because I can't wake up to speech... if it's not a high pitched blaring noise in my ear, I just thing I'm dreaming and snuggle deeper into my blankets sweatdrop If you were to ask me who's I found most amusing, Kurama's hands down, simply because it WAS out of character and you know he was just putting that on for show. From the moment he gave that heavy sigh and asked if he really had to go through with it, I knew it was going to be good. The way he tricked Hiei at the end was perfect too, quite cunning. Then again though, "anime Kurama" always did know how to manipulate him. Yeah, I'll confess there are times when I hate OOC with a passion, but when it's slapped on the serious characters, in a situation where you know it's just supposed to be good natured fun anyway, I am all for it.

OMG! LOL! I love how Japan still has such a large fanbase...I wish I lived there!!! ;w; heart ANYWHO, can I pick more than one? I have this tendency to be very fickle with my affections...sooo... I'd probably have Yusuke's first... and then Kurama's... and then Hiei's. LOL Kuwabara's was just a LITTLE too much for me. o____o; I wish they had other characters too. (: You know, Botan would be really sweet to wake up to... or Yukina! And oh my gosh, KOENMA!!! WyndiWingfall Kurama's is just too...out of character for me....It's the type of thing I'd sell on eBay. HNNG NEW VIDEO GAMES?

They had a Spirit Detective saga arc one, and then two DT arc games, but then they stopped because no one was interested [presumably]. [Admittedly, the video games themselves weren't all that good either.] It kind of sucks that there's no fanbase for anime video games here....

I admit I still punch the heck out of Elder Toguro in practice mode playing as Kurama in "Yuu Yuu Hakusho 2" (Nintendo version) when I'm feeling bad sometimes.

Speaking of repeatedly pummeling the crap out of anime characters, I think the only attack I ever made Kurama use in the DT video game for the PS2 was "Rose Darts." I'd just press the same buttons over and over again in practice mode and watch the other person [usually Dr. Ichigaki or Risho] fall down...repeatedly.
I'm not violent, I swear.

Oh my gosh...Rinku's would be so freakin' adorable!!! heart Haha, I never heard his voice in the original, but the English voice actor for him was sooo cute! 3nodding Haha, I've recently grown to love him! Dude...Karasu would all be trying to get under your skin...his would be SO creepy!!! o.o ...I wouldn't want to wake up to him in the morning...
