"The Pro Bowl-bound Asomugha's contract is being voided because Asomugha did not reach certain incentives this season. A clause in that same contract prevents the Raiders from using the franchise tag on the superstar cornerback -- that clause remains valid, despite the remainder of the deal being voided."
So, the Raiders are going to let one of their best players in recent times slip away because of a contract clause.. Wow.. But where does everyone think he will go; I've heard the Packers, Jets, Cowboys, and 49ers. I'd love too see the Colts or Falcons join that list! wink

Yeah Raiders are my favorite team and that's stupid how that happened. I wish he finds his way back there somehow xD. But if he doesn't, i'd like to see him on the colts, ravens, or a team with a good opposite side cornerback, as long as it's not the jets. It also would've been cool if the raiders never let go of charles woodson, that'd be cool if they were on the same team hah.

My guess is he will look to join another great corner..if the price is right....The Jets or Eagles would be my first two guesses...He and Revis or Samuel would be awful for an opposing QB to go against.
My hope (again, my HOPE lol) is that with the recent troubles with Aqib Talib in Tampa, that the Glazers pony up the cash and make an offer that can't be refused and we land him....and if Talib is still around he is a young CB who has the ability to be as good as Samuel and Revis.....but landin N.A is me just daydreaming haha

I think Philly will make a grab. They're poised to make a SB run this year, if Reid can get more balls thrown at Samuel, you're looking at a ton of INTs.
