___History:
Many years ago, deep in the land of rain, a battle was waged between waring groups. A forbidden jutsu was used, scaring the land and causeing massive amounts of damage to crops and farmland for a small nonmilitary village. The contaminated food killed almost all of the people who ate it, but after many more years the human body adapted and was able to allow it to survive. One day, when a child was born, the real adaptation was discovered: The Jagan eye. A child was born with a third eye in the center of his forhead. It was shown to grant extraordinary abilities, the most notable being its far reaching sensory ability and slight telekenisis. The child eventually was sent to a military village to train to become a ninja and allowed his new found mutated skill to evolve and grow into a clan noted for being brutal, ruthless, and cunning giving them the title "Demons of the Jagan." Over the years it has been showed that the Jagan are unbelievable scouts and trackers, allowing their teams and mission to go on very stealthy.....
___Traits:
• Users are capable of using the Jagan eye (eye is like a body part and requires no strain to use)
• The Jagan members tend to be smaller in size, limiting the physical strength, but are shown to have incredible bursts of speed allowing them to make up for their small size.
• Due to the ability to see far, they are very good at stealth without needing to many techniques to remain hidden.
___Restrictions:
• Are considered to have a curse mark
due to mutated nature(cant learn jutsu that needs "pure beings")
• Can't learn senjutsu
• during far seeing if they can be caught in a genjutsu if it is cast in that area
___The Demon Eye: Passive
• Hiding against a jagan is nearly impossible
• When the user opens their jagan eye they can see clearly and vividly over vast distances (gennin being 2km, chunnin 4km, jounin 8km, konin 16km, sannin to gates of of all other villages)
• The user can telepathically communicate to people within a certain range (gennin 1km to 1 person and cant hear the other peoples responses, chunnin 2km to 1 person and cant hear other peoples responses, jounin 4km to one person and can hear other peoples responses, Konin 8km to 2 people and can hear other peoples responses, sannin 16km to 3 people and can hear their responses.
