Personality: By appearance, he seems like a cold, stoic sort of person - the type who wouldn't bat an eyelash if someone was in peril before him or even bother to help a poor old lady cross the street. He comes off as stubborn, cruel, and disinterested in most things - but, unfortunately for Lacy, that's not the case at all. The man is actually a sweetheart who gets attached quick to most people he meets. He's shy and tends to keep quiet due to that reason, but certainly not the anti-social man he so often gets pegged as.
Bio: Lacy's parents were show-offy sort, like most people in the town he grew up in. So, it was expected that when they saw their son had no real talent of any kind, they thrusted him into every school, Pokemon, and professor they could possibly find to see when one would come out. They couldn't just have a child with nothing special, after all, not when Aaron down the street was already selling paintings and Rebecca had such a fine collection of badges! But, alas, the child couldn't draw to save his life, his music skills were poor, and cooking, well.. let's not get into that, shall we? He was a wimp when it came to training Pokemon. If they didn't run away, they ordered him around instead! Breeding - oh, come on! As if Lacy wouldn't die from embarassment doing that! In the end, after eight long years of trying, his parents simply gave up. They dropped him at a Ranger academy, where he simply went with the flow and did to the best of his abilities! His uncertain, day-dreamy ways only got him failing the first year and barely passing the second, which is where he stands today.
