Contract Payment: On signing, Kurosawa Shinji will receive 10,000 Credits to purchase Rank benefits, techs, and any tools that are needed.

Credits attained per fight will vary, but it is promised that so long as the competitor performs well, they will be supplied the credits needed to stay in top form for their matches, with both techs and weapons.

PP will not be rewarded in any direct sense, but in the understanding that the competitor, Kurosawa Shinji is being trained for the 'Undisputed Champion' title, and therefore will receive a fair share of PP required to keep him at the top of the game. PP earned by the fighter will be accounted for and recorded and credited to him. It is understood that those PP attained by the fighter may be borrowed by other fighters, but will be paid back in due time.

Losing Clause: If at anytime the competitor experiences a losing streak (Losing three fights in a row), the manager holds the right to Void the Contract. However, it is understood that the manager would first have to talk to and work with the competitor to fix the issue before voiding the contract outright.

A void of contract means that the competitor would no longer be under the management of the Red Brand. They would be unable to obtain Credits or PP from the Red Brand manager, and they would not have access to any of the Red Brand's exclusive Taijutsu styles. Any Bijuu earned as part of the Red Brand would also have to be relinquished to the Brand Manager and any titles won will be taken away.

Fair Treatment/Reward Clause: If at anytime the competitor, Kurosawa Shinji, feels that he is not being properly rewarded for their good performance, he retains the right to void the contract with the understanding that he must first speak with the Brand manager to attempt to work out a solution to fix the problem. If however, the issue cannot be resolved, or the manager is unwilling to respond fairly... the matter can be taken to appeal, at which point both earned PP, Credits, and titles earned as part of the Red Brand would be retained by the competitor, Kurosawa Shinji, and the contract requiring the fighter to stay as a part of the Red Brand would be annulled.
