well dude the cyclone feed system is really nice, but if u have an angel u really don't need to get an A-5, cause the angel does everything the A-5 can, except better i would only recommend u dude t get an A-5 if u wanted to turn it into one of those scernio looking markers, well thats my 2 cents for ya

The !-5 is a much better woodsball gun then the angel while the angel owns the A-5 at speed.

I have the A5 with a stock, flatline, and the response trigger and it is the most accurate paintball gun I have ever shot. I love this gun. Buy the Tippmann.

I like the A-5 as well. I recommend it since it's one of the best and most accurate markers I have ever shot with.

The Tippmann A-5 is one of the most popular woodsball/scenario markers in the world. If your looking to play woodsball/scenario I guess I would highly recommend this marker.Well for the cyclone system it seems to work well, with no batterys or electronics I'm sure all the guys who like to get down and dirty when they play love this feeding system.
If your looking to upgrade a A-5 to some type of military style gun it is perfect for that use.Between the products Tippmann and other companys make for this marker you can truely make it to your own desire.
Even if they don't have something your looking for I'm sure someone has made what you are looking for.I know BanditB17 from the guild himself has done some custom work for his Tippmanns.

The A-5 is one of the Worst markers for scenario play, after you add the paintballs, air tank, and all the other crap that most players put on the A-5 (Flatline, Stocks, Reddot, clips, etc) trying to make them what there not!!! You don't realize how big, heavy, LOUD they get till after you wasted all your money on it! The A-5 stock with nothing on it, No air tank, no paintballs, it's weights about 6 1/2 pounds throw all that useless crap on it and it will shoot up to 10-15 pounds!!! Think about carrying that in a 8 to 24 hour scenario game.......
When you could have just when out and gotten a good high end marker to Begin with.....Trust me i know, and if you still want one with all the bells on it let me know, I'll sell you mine..... stressed

I know the A5 alone is heavy and after you add all your other goodies it's gotta be heavier. But when I went to a scenairo it SEEMED as if everyone out there that was a hardcore scenairo player had one. I even saw this one guy who had two A5s mounted togeather to form some type of Super Tippmann Gattling Gun (even know I saw it as a waste of money), that thing had to weigh a friggin ton.
Even know it was a 8 hour scenairo (even know it got cut short due to rain) I didn't see alot of people come back to the parking lot to rest. I know I always saw the groups of people sporting them took way more time just sitting around on the field. As for me who was sporting my Phantom, I was running around all day on the field having a ball sneaking up on people and getting into the heat of some good gun fights.
My point is basically is if it is so heavy why do a lot of people sport them. I even know this one old lady who likes to shoot her A5 over her insane Pink Lady IR3 Fly w/ Predator, Angel Air 45/45.(Sorry I just drool over that gun becuase it is so awesome)

Hey theirs millions of people smoking crack rock, are you going to start?
Just because there is a lot of people doing something, that doesn't make it right!!! If those players seriously look at all the facts, before buying that marker i doubt 50% of them would have brought it...And the rest well they're the hardheaded type, i bet after they spend all their money on the A5 trying to make it a better marker. They would feel they an a** after using one Mid/High end marker and seeing all the money they could have saved. I know i did........ sweatdrop
My A5 list.... Tippmann A-5..............................................$300 Tippman A-5 Response Trigger Kit.................$80 Tippman A-5 Low Pressure System................$120 Palmer Stabilizer (male)................................$90 Bob Long Pressure Gauge..............................$12 ProTeam A-5 Hyper-Star Bolt.........................$15 Dead On Paintball A-5 Double Trigger..............$25 Dead On Paintball Pro-style Drop Forward........$30 Lapco A-5 Grip adapter...................................$15 LapCo Offset A-5 Site Mount............................$50 Tasco Red Dot Sight.......................................$45 JCS A-5 Combat folding Stock.........................$70 JCS A-5 RVA (Rear velocity Adjuster)...............$20 HammerHead Pro barrel w/ 5 Fins.....................$175 Tipmann FlatLine Barrel....................................$125 CrossFire N2 Air Tank, 68ci-4500psi..................$200 ......................................................................=$1372
And i have more crap than that...... stressed But you know what's the funny thing is, My A5 never even came close to the overall performance of my 05 Angel Speed, And a Angel speed is cheaper, isn't that a b***h!!!!
What i what to know is, why do you Draxxus or anybody else here think Tippmann markers or markers like it, are so great for woodball?

Cyclone Feed does chop balls from time to time when trying to shoot fast, and it all because of the Feeder Ratchet! A $1.50 piece of hard rubber that wares out...((If you think this doesn't happen go to the tippmann forum))...Mine used to ware out in about 6 to 8 months, if you every see your A5 miss firing or it fires but the cyclone won't feed...It's the Ratchet! This has happen to me and a few of my friends, and i helped this kid out last year in a scenario game, he was lucky i had some spare ratchets in my toolkit!
A electronic Marker with good ball break beams, hardly chop balls.....IF you are using good quality paintballs like Marballizer, Evil, Allstars...Now you can break paint because of it's bittle paintball shells or it could be to big for the barrel, That's not choping.....
P.S. The Feeder Ratcher is NOT in the A5 Emergency repair kit, the only way you can get one is if you call up Tippmann and order it.....And you A5 owners might want to order five of them...like me. ninja
