Yes, that's right! This is a Quest for The Doctor - more specifically, the 10th incarnation. You know, big hair, long coat, suit with trainers/sneakers. Unnecessary glasses to look smarter, as well.
No-one else can quest him 'til I give up, which I'm not planning on doing any time soon.
As for the 1st-9th doctors and the 11th Doctor... I'd ask Marina about that? xd
