The Splodey Monstrous, frog-like beasts from your local slime pond. Their size is proportional to how indolent they are. Most Splodies are of an easy-going temperament and can take a lot of abuse. However, when they do feel threatened, they will have their various pustules rupture and flee to safety. Since the resulting smell is absolutely noxious, they are often used in pranks. How Can I Get One?1. They are, occasionally, for sale. The current rate for a Splodey is 5k silver.
2. Games! I give them out fairly often. Splodeeyyyyyyyeeeyeeeee will always loooove yooooo~oooou!
3. Trade for anything on my wishlist!RP Information1. Splodies are considered common in Halloween (OOCly uncommon). They congregate around slime ponds, waiting to swallow up anything they can fit in their mouths. They are opportunistic eaters and will swallow anything organic.
2. A splodey is normally a good sport about being carried around/flung at people/insulted/poked. Some nervous ones do exist, though. Generally it depends on their environment and who is taking care of them. Size is also a factor. The bigger they are, the less inclined they are to move/can move.
3. They are slimy when healthy. They produce a coating of slime similar to the texture of snot.
4. As a defense, they rupture their pustules. This stains the victim with whatever color made the pustules and cover them in a stench that is enough to send a sensitive stomach to retching. There is no real sure-fire way to get rid of this smell, but it will fade over time. Worst case scenario, it'll stay on you for about a week. Stains aren't too difficult to get out of clothing or skin; again, the worst part is the smell.
5. Healing for a splodey depends on its diet, but generally between three days to a week until they're good to go. Occasionally, there are complications and a splodey can become very ill; holding less fluid, weak croaking, chronic lethargy. The first thing ya need ta know is that you need to keep 'em wet. A wet splodey is a happy splodey. Usually, they can manage the wet themselves, seein' as they're from the swamps 'n pools 'n all, but when ya keep 'em in school, they're prone to dryin' out. When I've got a bunch of splodies, I keep a little community pool on one side o' the tank. Just an inch or so will do- they'll roll around in it. Any more -and this is especially if they're bigger than about a foot in diameter- and they're liable to get the water everywhere. Everywhere. When my splodey's out and about, I just check its skin
They'll eat about anythin' ya hand 'em. I admit, my first splodey, I made it eat everything I could think of. They uh... don't feed 'em metal. They're good with bone, though.
Splodies are gonna love anyone that feeds 'em, but they really like it when ya scratch b'tween the bumps on their back or behind their eyes. The bumps are real sensitive, so don't go pressin' on 'em like their buttons or some s**t. You'll be sorry.
They're pretty easy ta take care of. A child could take care of one.

The Calligryph has a very neat, florid scrawl but is also capable of duplicating handwriting. An older Calligryph is very well able to communicate with its master through writing.
