The terror of Christmas Town was still fresh in her mind, but breathing in FEAR-filled air really helped her to get over it; after all, now that she was back in school, it felt like she had never left! Lizzy yawned, leaning back on the bench she had made herself comfortable in as she stared at the eternally night sky, a small, contented smile on her lips. While she would normally still be asleep at this time on a Spiderday morning, she felt like getting up for a walk - well, to walk her pet - and to clear her thoughts to prepare herself for more classes.
Besides, there was the 'Nightmare before Christmas' school play to look forward to. While mildly disappointed at not being casted a role, seeing Amrita well and alive recently did wonders to her mentality - at least, she no longer had nightmares about drunken trees and exploding reindeer - oh poor Jimmy... It was all her fault! If only she didn't feed-
A nudge on her hand snapped her back to reality, and she smiled, turning to look at the pink critter seated at her side; while her mother was more amused than sympathetic after hearing her stories, she did send something that cheered the ghoul up considerably - a box of pendants that summon creatures called 'Pata-Pata', named for the sound they make. Among them was a special pendant, one that summoned a Pata-Pata that was in her favorite color; she had no idea how her mother managed to customize it, but they are a somewhat influencial family...
"Rosenthal, I'm glad mother sent you!" She held the cat-sized critter up to her eye level before holding it to her chest in a hug.

She was still lost. The poor ghost was lost again. Holly hated this. Neither did she have a good life before this, such a short one it was. Though she had no memory of it she had been around for the Christmas Town fun. And by fun it was more like that is what had caused her death and appearance at the train later. Holly did love her first feeling of FEAR but couldn't shake a bit of JOYfulness that still followed her. What was that feeling?
Holly had spent the last few days trying to find her way around. Her introduction to the school was a hastily thrown map at her and that was about it. Yesterday she had found her way to the ghost dorms but couldn't find it, again. Neither was she use to this humanoid form. It was different, better in someways though still annoying. She wanted to get off of campus sometime to revert to her more original form, if only for a short time.
Looking at the map she sighed and held it different ways, turning it. Nope, still didn't make sense. That's when she saw someone sitting on a bench. Holly disliked asking for help. She also had this nagging in the back of her head that all students here were horrible. Just this once though, then she'd memorize her way and never need help. Ever again. She walked over to the girl. "Um, could you help me really quick." She eyed the creature the girl was holding uneasily. Hopefully this would be quick and painless and then she could go back to being on her own.

She was still cuddling the (really happy-looking) Pata-Pata when a voice caused her to look up, the Demoness smiling at the ghoul with an expression that could only be described as being 'caught off guard'. However, realizing that she was being asked a question while being caught in a rather embarrassing moment on campus, Lizzy stood up suddenly, releasing the minipet who flapped its ear-wings and lifted itself up to rest on the Demoness' head.
"O-oh, sure!" She nodded, blushing a little as she smoothened the creases on her skirt before looking up again, a small smile on her lips, "What can I help you with?" Now that she was actually paying attention, she could not help but realize that the ghost was wearing PJs - an adorable PJs that looked really warm and comfortable to be in... Of course, while she personally wouldn't wear something like that outside of her own room, she did find the ghoul's taste in PJs to be great! Her smile grew as she gestured at her suit, adding as an afterthought, "I adore your PJs!"
Rosenthal wiggled its short tail and squealed at the stranger, eyes round and sparkling; the ghoul was wearing something that looked soft! It must be nice to snuggle up to! After a short pause, it leaned forward, messing up the Demoness' hair as it flapped its ear-wings, letting out a high pitched 'Pata!'
"Oh, it likes you too!" She giggled, eyes rolling up to where the minipet was perched. Then, turning her attention back to the one standing in front of her, she dipped her head in greeting, "I'm Lizzy, and that," She gestured to the pink creature on her head, "Is Rosenthal!"

The girl seemed to have been playing with some sort of creature. From her short, very short, time here she'd heard that most of the students keep odd creatures. This one was small and fuzzy looking. Weren't they in a place that was frightening? Well maybe some found cute to be scary, that made sense. That thing looked too cute to be scary to anyone though.
Holly clutched the paper oddly with her mitten like hands. Really why did her outfit have to be like that? She wished more of this place had been explained to her. The ghoul had been about to answer when the other commented right on about her PJs. She rubbed the back of her own neck. "Um, thanks. I like them but they prove to be a little inconvenient at times."
Oh yeah, her question. "I seem to be lost, just a little bit. I need to find the ghost dorm but I think I went the wrong way. I'm new, by the way." If that was an excuse at all.
She looked at the thing that just attempted to talk to her, too cute. "I'm Holly, new like I said. Nice to meet you two." Her mind wandered for a moment, she remembered hearing about different types of people. And that some had chosen to come here unlike her. "If you don't mind, why did you attend here?"

"Well, I guess I can see how it might get in the way at times," She smiled sheepishly before brightening up again, "If you ever wish to redesign your suit into a hoodie instead, you are free to approach me! I've been looking for a project to work on!" She nodded in an excited manner; she could see it in her mind... A hoodie with adorable fox ears? Yes please!
"Nice to meet you, Holly! And new? Really?" Lizzy's smile grew a little; she must had arrived after the Christmas incident! She felt rather relieved for the ghoul (nobody should have to go through something as terrible as Christmas town) as she nodded, "The school is rather huge, so it can be rather confusing at first... You'll get used to it in time though! This place grows on you! As for the Dorms... Just remember for the Ghost Dorms, you have to exit from the left after the Registration Office, and turn left again when the path first splits."
Lizzy reached a hand out to grab onto Holly's hand, making sure to be gentle as she tugged on it gently to lead her up the path, "Here, I'll show you." They were pretty near the Office, so it shouldn't take them too long to reach it... Meanwhile, she should answer the ghoul's question.
"My mother sent me here so I can get some experience," She replied with a nod, "I am expected to take over the family clothing store after she thinks that I'm ready for it... Personally though, I just wanted to learn to be independent and make some new friends." Lizzy then paused, tilting her head as she continued walking, "How about you? Why did you enroll into the school?"
Rosenthal listened to the ghouls' exchange, blinking once in a while but keeping silent; he was being ignored! Or rather, they were too absorbed in talking about things to pay attention to him... Lifting itself off his owner's head, the Minipet glided towards Holly, landing on her shoulder and readjusting himself so that he was facing the front. Then, he nuzzled her neck gently with a smile.

"I like them and all but never realized how strange they were. But that's what matters cause I adore them." True, who cared what others thought? All that mattered was that she liked them and a few others. "A hoodie? What is that exactly?" Whatever it was it sounded easier to get around in then that. Holly would remember to ask Lizzy about it another time as well, when she wasn't lost.
She nodded. "Yep. I arrived just the other day." From the sounds most students had been on that raid thing they claimed. Holly sighed, it sounded like a strange adventure. "I was just exploring the entire school, it is quite large." She pondered for a few moments. "So left, and some more lefts? Doesn't sound bad. And sure, it's easier to remember when you walk it again." Holly followed as Lizzy lead her along the path.
"Mother? So you actually have a family then?" That's the one thing she disliked about being a ghost. She'd been told they don't remember their past nor do they have families. Oh well. "I spawned in that strange Christmas town I've been hearing about. I had no where else to go so I just came here."
She looked over at Rosenthal when she landed on her. "Looks like I made a new friend!" She grinned.

"Well, fashion can be rather subjective! And a hoodie is like a sweatshirt, but with a hood attached," Lizzy replied, smiling as she half-turned her head to look at the ghoul behind her, "So it'll be much easier to put on that a suit like yours, and there is no need to cover your hands, legs and feet! Since there is still a hood, you can have the fox ears on it as well... Oh! We could even attach a fox tail at the back, to the hem of the hoodie!" She looked pretty excited as she thought of all the possibilities.
"From Christmas town? Really?" She asked, blinking with an expression that was a mix of curiosity and confusion; how could FEAR spawn in such a JOYful place? It sounds like an impossible event! Still, she had heard about the 'extra' students that had popped up during the gnomes' head count - maybe the two are linked?
"I'm sure you'll make many friends here," She continued with a soft smile, giving Holly a firm nod, "And some friends, you will keep closer to you than others - they'll become like family. I know that I have a ghoul friend I treat like a sister!" The Demoness smiled fondly as she thought of Amrita, "Besides, you might find out what you want to do in the future in Amityville!"
Rosenthal wiggled his rump happily as he rode on Holly's shoulder; she really was soft! Well, softer than Lizzy was anyway... Giving a nod at the word 'friend', he squealed and pawed at her shoulder, careful not to rip up the soft material with his claws.
"Seems that way to me!" She laughed, her grip on the Ghost's hand tightened slightly as they entered the Registration Office; it was surprisingly empty... There was only the receptionist, but she didn't even look up when they entered; she was probably asleep, although it really did not matter.
She walked towards a door on the far left of the building and pushed it open, holding onto it until Holly had exited, "This way... And up this path." She gestured towards the path with a free hand; they would see the graveyard where the Ghost Dorms are located soon!

However much she loved her pajamas. Maybe one day she'd try one of those hoodie things instead. That would be cool! Though she'd look a little more like the rest of the students which wasn't bad. "Really? You actually make things like that?" Maybe it was a bit of yearning from the part of her that once was a toy but the idea of sewing sounded, well, fun. "Can you show me one day. I mean how you make stuff."
Holly nodded. "They found me after the explosion. I don't remember that part obviously." She shook her head. That was all she knew but she guessed as much that her death was from the explosion but she had no clue as to who she was before it. Again she nodded. "That makes sense. How long have you been here then?" What she might want to do? She'd barely even seen Amityville on her way here. What things were there to do there she wondered.
She looked to Rosenthal, hoping it wasn't tearing her clothing. Holly followed or was lead by hand really into the building. Pretty dead in there (haha). "Ah, okay I think I got that then." Graveyard, remember that. "The other dorms around here then too?"

"Yes, I enjoy sewing!" She nodded with a giggle, gesturing towards the huge spool of spider silk attached to a belt around her waist, "You could almost say that I was born with it. Its been a while since I had the opportunity to sew anything more than a plushie though... So I would be honored to show you how I sew one day!"
She listened to the Ghost's tale of her origins, looking in wonder at Holly as she tilted her head a little, "That's kind of cool. While I certainly did not... Enjoy our little 'vacation' in Christmas town, the idea that FEAR can be generated there is pretty interesting!" She nodded, smiling before she continued, "Well, I've been here a long time - almost a year? Time really flies when you're busy with school!"
She grinned a little as she said that before shaking her head, "The Reaper and Monster Dorms are further up the path, the Monster Dorms being the furthest away from the Registration Office. However, the Undead and Demon Dorms are through the other door in the office, the one on the right."

So she did! Holly didn't even realize the girl had a big thing of thread with her. She must really like making things then. "What do you normally make then, besides plushies? What are those exactly." She never had heard of those before but part of her felt like she knew the answer, though she had no explanation to why she knew. "Not sure what I would make but it could be fun!" Which wasn't a word she used much.
"I heard about some of what went on. Must have been such a change from here right? I only remember that snow stuff and" It was odd but her head hurt some so she stopped thinking about it. She didn't know what else she remembered. "Wow a year?" Busy with school didn't sound too fun. "You know many others here then? I have met many."
Holly nodded and looked towards the first mentioned dorms. She remembered seeing the other door. "Okay, I think I can remember all of those."

"Plushies are toys! Made of cloth and stuffed with something soft... Really nice to cuddle up to at night if your Minipet is the squirm-ish sort!" Lizzy nodded with a giggle, evidently excited at the way she was speaking quickly, "Oh, I mostly make clothes, although I hadn't found a suitable project in a long time... That's why I asked if you would allow me to make you a hoodie." She smiled, gesturing to Holly's pjs.
"And sewing is fun! Well, at least to me it is! You can make all sorts of fun things, like bags and pouches..." She stopped herself from rambling on, smiling fondly at the ghoul, "What sort of things do you like to do? There are several clubs around, so maybe you could find one that interests you? You can make friends in the clubs too!"
Lizzy then nodded, "Its.. Different alright. I would have enjoyed it more if the residents didn't attack us on sight..." Her voice faded as she frowned lightly at the memory, but quickly perked up again when she heard the next question, "There are tons of students! I've only met a few of them myself, really... I see most of them in class, but we don't really speak past the initial hello."
She then paused, her smile widening as she pointed to a graveyard a distance away, "There's the Ghost Dorms!"
Rosenthal wiggled its short tail in concentration; knowing that Holly was afraid that its claws might tear the fabric used to make the PJs, he had tried his best to avoid doing that. However, it was getting increasingly difficult... It gave the Pata-Pata equivalent of a sigh before lifting itself off the ghoul's shoulder with a flap of its ear-wings, landing on Holly's head instead... Where it would not tear anything.
There, it clung on gently and squealed, looking rather contented.

"Oh! So kind of like my tail here, just not attached?" Holly held her fox-tail up from her pajamas. It was clothe, er like, and felt like there was something soft in there. Actually she had never questioned it before. "Well I won't stop ya if you want to try making one. I'm interested in how you even figure out how to make it look right." The hoodie idea sounded cool, why couldn't she had materialized with that on?
The ghoul nodded at all the things the other liked to make, she really liked her sewing! A blank look crossed her face. What did she like to do? "I, uh, don't know? I never had the chance to really have any interests, no idea what things exist here you know?" She had died rather recently.
Attack? What sort of place was this Christmas Town? The thought of the place sent a jolt of JOYfulness through the ghoul. Ow. Tons was good. "True, I'll have to keep my eye out then." Graveyard, fitting. "Awesome."
Holly stopped when Rosenthal made his move. "He seems pretty content there doesn't he?"

Lizzy leaned to the side a bit to look at the ghoul's tail before nodding, "Yes! Quite like it! Most of them are done in the shape of animals, Minipets or even popular skelevision characters!" She then beamed at Holly when she gave her the thumbs-up, "R-really? I'll do it! I'll send you a sketch when I'm done with it~"
Of course, her smile vanished for a while when Holly mentioned the 'just died' thing, blushing at her own forgetfulness.
"Well, there are plenty of clubs in school for you to join," She nodded, smiling again, "So you could always join one that appealed to you? Who knows? You might find something you like to do that way! Just take your time to experience things and I'm sure you'll find something eventually!" She then giggled when Rosenthal was mentioned, "He does!"
Rosenthal chur'ed happily; yes, he was contented - not that he understood Holly, but he was!

Holly nodded. That sounded like a good compromise between her pjs and looking a little bit more normal. Not too normal though since that would be boring. She could also keep her hood and tail, even better. "Skelevision?" The ghoul had heard it mentioned before but had yet to find out what exactly it was. Who was she to stop someone that wanted to make her something? She had never been gifted anything before.
"I'll have to check some of those clubs out then. There a bunch?" She thought for a moment. "What ones are you in?" Best to get an idea of some at least and an opinion of what was done in these club things. Holly grinned. "Hope he doesn't want to stay there all day though."

"Skelevision is a black box that you can watch things on. Shows and stuff," She nodded with a small grin, "I'm sure you'll see them around sooner or later!" By now, they were more or less at the gate of the graveyard; while she had entered the Undead dorms before, she knew how some races could be a little... Iffy around Demons. She slowed down at the entrance to the graveyard; seemed to her like there were more questions to answer anyway!
"There are! Countless clubs, actually," She replied, a hand raised as she started to list those she know off, pushing a finger in towards her palm for every club she named, "There's the Track Team - they run and do other sports, the Swim Team, several clubs based off popular games, several art clubs... Me? I'm in the fashion club!" She sounded a little disappointed, however, as she went on, "We hadn't been doing much though... I think the club leader had been busy."
She quickly cheered up, however, at Holly's next comment. Chuckling, she raised an eye brow, inclining her head to look at the Minipet, "Oh, I hope not! Although that reminds me... While it won't be the same, and the color will be different as well, my mother sent me a bunch of these pendents to give to my friends." Sure, they had only just met, but Holly seemed like a nice ghoul! Besides, Rosenthal seemed to approve of her!
She stopped, letting go of Holly's hand as she dug around in her pocket, producing an orange necklace. Then, taking the ghoul's hand, she placed it on her palm (well, on her PJs) before beaming at her, "If you place this somewhere where there is space - like on the table top - the pendent will eventually summon a Pata-Pata! An orange colored Rosenthal, basically..."
[OOC note: The pink Pata-Pata is the alt. I'm sending you one over right now but I have no idea which color one you'll get. OTL If you wish to play a Pata-Pata ICly as one of your character's pets, it'll have to be the orange one. But yeah, if you wish to alt hunt, just poke me whenever and I'll be more than glad to send more your way. xD]
