Today is the last day to officially get it at GameStop (In America). Some people aren't luck enough to have a GameStop or just simply won't waste time for it. I myself had to get three (One for HeartGold, one for Diamond and another for my sisters SoulSilver).
I have no need for my Raikou on my Diamond as I never use the game and I don't need three (Three including the normal Raikou ingame). So, does anyone want to trade?
I would prefer a Chikorita in exchange but you can make me an offer.
