I was watching in Discovery Channel, Megastructures: Akashi Kaiko Bridge. They tell you how Japan had to develop and create materials for the completion of the bridge. I was amazed at how they worked and engineered their way through the construction, which made me wonder: What is the best country to study civil engineering? Which is the most advanced?
