Alright when it comes to the advanced pokemon terms. I literally have no idea what IVs are or how to get/change them? What I do know is that apparently Hidden Power depends on it. And that being said will leveling it up/evolving and training the EV's(I'm pretty new to these aswell) change it's hidden power? Now how hard would it be to get a piplup with the hidden power electric?
If it comes down to it I would just like this pokemon (I can supply an empoleon for breeding if needed):
Empoleon lvl 100
Nature: (Honestly as long as it's not -SpA I don't care)
Gender: Don't care
EV's:
HP:158
SpA:252
Spd:100
Moves:
1. Surf
2. Grass Knot
3. Ice Beam
4. Hidden Power (electric)
(ANYONE WHO MAKES THIS EMPOLEON FOR ME WILL GET THIS MONTH'S MC)
Is this to much to ask for, or even possible for that matter?
I have a somewhat decent collection of pokemon that I can trade, so just ask. I also have a few legendaries that I am willing to part with.

Hungover Bear I would really appreciate it if someone could get me these pokemon nature/gender doesn't matter to me. Wanted: Feebas Duskull Cacnea I have a somewhat decent collection of pokemon so feel free to ask. I also have a few legendaries that I am willing to part with. Legendaries:(None of these were hacked) Lugia Ho-Oh Raikou Entei Latios Send me a message if you're interested. if i am right i have all three of these pokemon.

IVs cannot be changed, they are generated when you encounter the pokemon (in the wild/a legendary) when the pokemon is spawned (roaming legendaris) or when you take the egg from the daycare man.
as such, a pokemons Hidden Power (HP) will always be the same type and same power, no matter what level or hows its been EV trained.
as such it is actually quote hard to get a pokemon with a specific Hidden power, especially a hidden power with 70 power.
but, I can do this for you... ^.^ may take me a couple days though.
just tell me what nature you actually want, and I'll get it for you wink
I'll do it for the MC, and possibly the latios?
