 (( Continuing from posts made in Soquili thread )) The mare scoffed at Caoimhe. The alicorn still didn't seem to understand. "And yet you did nothing of the sort to stop him from joining the fight. You had essentially stood aside and let him fight for you. That means that you are weak."
Terra broke off as she witnessed the arrival of the unicorn male. "Still calling in reinforcements I see. Even if you didn't call this one specifically ... he still came. And as for your supposed cruel remark about me not having friends - have you ever heard of my kind keeping them around for very long? As for what I want ... well that would be a tricky question. I want lots of things ... however it will never be revealed."
Folding her wings tightly against her body Terra charged forward ... intent on at least crashing into Caoimhe via the sudden attack.

Caoimhe sighed deeply. No matter what she said, the female skinwalker would probably find fault with it. She, therefore, kept quiet and simply listened to the crazed mares accusations. She heard rather than saw Zuilian leave. The batwalker used this minor distraction to her advantage and charged at the white alicorn.
1. Caoimhe leaps, using her wings to clear Terra's charge.
2. Terra crashes into Caoimhe and causes the white mare to go rolling a few feet away.
3. Caoimhe lowers her head in time to cause Terra to hurt herself, but it's only a glancing blow.
4. Caoimhe drives her horn into Terra's chest causing the batwalker moderate damage.
5. Terra crashes into Caoimhe, but only causes her to stumble back.

So the alicorn could actually dodge attacks. Terra watched as the mare cleared her charge. Glancing towards Caoimhe Terra mused silently. She could take the fight to the air where she would have maybe a slight advantage ... but ground battles were just fine too. The complications of fighting another Soquili with the ability of flight. If only she could ground Caoimhe ... stop her from using her wings then she'd be the one pressing the attack.
Without warning Terra followed Caoimhe's action and leaped into the air. Her wings gave the lift she needed to stay airborne as she flew towards her prey.
1. Terra circles above Caoimhe before lashing out with her hooves - striking Caoimhe on her back trying to drive her to the ground. (moderate)
2. Hovering in the air Terra slashes at Caoimhe with her winged claws before losing altitude. (Minor)
3. Sensing that the battle is better fought on the ground Terra flies above Caoimhe and tries to drive the mare into landing. (No damage but forces Caoimhe to the ground)
4. Terra's flight is erratic and she lands early before glaring at the mare in the air. (Miss)

The alicorn mare let out a rather undignified grunt. Now was not the time to worry about it though. She wheeled around, wings feeling sore and climbed higher into the sky. It was a good thing Lessia and Seyx had taken her cliff diving with them. That lesson was about to come in rather handy. Getting as high as she could, she looked down at the skinwalker, gave a quick prayer, and dove.
1. Caoimhe opens her wings right on time and knocks Terra to the ground with the full force of her dive and all her body weight. (moderate)
2. Caoimhe opens her wings right on time and knocks Terra to the ground but gets tangled with the batwalker ending up going down with her. (Minor damage to both)
3. Caoimhe miscalculates her wing opening timing and completely misses Terra. (Miss)

Now the alicorn was below her. It was the perfect chance to strike hard. However staying aloft in her regular form was proving costly. Calling upon her shifting powers Terra transformed into her bat form and chittered excitedly. Even in this guise she could still cause damage. Staying aloft was a lot easier now that she was smaller. Letting loose a series of clicks and whistles Terra let her ears swivel back and forth catching the returning echoes and letting them form an image of sound that showed her where to go.
Gathering height the bat flew a little higher before screeching softly. Terra angled her wings and prepared for the drop to follow.

1. Terra drops successfully onto Caoimhe's back and bites the mare along her wing joints. (moderate)
2. Terra misses her target but swerves out of danger of a retaliatory strike.
3. Terra misjudges her target point but manages to still latch onto Caoimhe's hindquarters and sinks her claws into the mare's skin to prevent being shaken loose. (minor)

Caoimhe cursed silently. That was something she didn't usually do, but to be honest neither was fighting. Still, she was going to try her best. It was a matter of pride and proving to herself she could take care of things on her own. That she didn't need a stallion to protect her. Whirling around to face Terra, she made issued a challenging whinny. Beating her hooves against the air, she charged.
1. She manages to hit Terra with her hooves without getting hit herself. (minor)
2. She overshoots the other mare in her anger. (Miss)
3. Caoimhe flies low under Terra to avoid the other mare and manages to leave score a hit with her horn. (Minor)
4. Caoimhe flies low under Terra to avoid the other mare, but ends up having her hair get tangled in Terra's claws. (Miss)

Terra chittered with amusement as Caoimhe overshot her position and she flapped her wings to gain more altitude over the alicorn. Her large wings lifted her easily in the air as she listened intently for anything that would give away Caoimhe's next move. Screeching eerily the large bat shot out a blast of pure sound to paint an image in her head before locking onto the mare's position in the sky.
This battle was lasting too long. Terra checked her position before diving down again.
1. Terra angles her descent accurately and impacts Caoimhe on her back latching onto the mare with her claws. (Minor impact but Terra's attached to Caoimhe now)
2. Terra shoots past Caoimhe raking the mare's side with her claws but flies off after. (minor damage)
3. Terra misses Caoimhe entirely but decides that the energy expended is not worth the effort to continue the fight and leaves. (Miss)
