Like the name says, this thread is for Spookyx7 and HelMel to slow RP their Pae family. The main thread goes too fast for our crazy r/l schedules.

Updates
1/28/2006
-Tawny, Zepheros, and Maya grow to child stage.
Their Home A tent similar to Ryker's. Image from Aman Resorts.
Ryker lives in a large tent near the beach with Quinn and now Mal. The tent originally belonged to HelMel, but she left to take care of business in the other world.
Floor Plan:
Master Bedroom: Ryker and Mal's Room
Formerly: Ryker's Room
-Furnishings: King-Sized Bed, Chest of Drawers with a large Vanity mirror, Divan, 2 lamps on either side of the bed
Secondary Bedroom: Quinn's Room
Formerly: Mal's Room
-Furnishings: Queen-Sized Bed, Chest of Drawers with a large Vanity mirror, A Bedside Table, and 1 Lamp in the corner
Nursery: Zephyros, Tawny, and Maya's Room
Formerly: Quinn's Room
-Furnishings: 2 Cribs, Single Bed, A Basin and Pitcher, A Trunk full of toys, A small Chest of Drawers
Bath
-Furnishings: Large garden tub (a pump outside of the tent pumps water up from the beach and filters it), sink, toilet, and shower. (makeshift plumbing was installed by HelMel)
Kitchen
-Furnishings: Stove, sink, the usual
Dining Room
-Furnishings: Mahogany table with 8 chairs, A Cabinet with nice dishes and silverware
Den
-Furnishings: Overstuffed sofa, 2 chairs, A Small Table with A Lamp, A Bookcase filled with various novels
Sun Room: Open to let in light
-Furnishings: 3 Chairs, 2 Floor Cushions

spookyx7 Mal woke up to a sound...a gurgle sound. "What the?" She looked up and Tawny was sitting on her chest. "Well, Good Morning honey." She sat up and patted the baby's head.Tawny giggled as her Mom patted her head. She liked this bed is was comfy and by "bed" she meant her mother. HelMel Ryker yawned and rolled onto his side, mumbling something about pie and chocolate covered cherries in his sleep.Maya, who had been up against him as he dreamed of food, frowned as her tummy grumbled.Zephy nudged closer to Mal, soaking up the warmth. spookyx7 Mal giggled as she heard her love mumble about food. "What do you say, Tawny, should we get our family some breakfast?" She picked up Tawny and walked toward the kitchen.Tawny shook her head slowly yes. She was a bit tired and wasn't sure she even wanted to move. HelMel Zephyros grumbled in protest as his source of warmth left. Bouncing to the edge of the bed, he peeped down at the floor. That was a long way for a baby to fall, so he backed up a bit.Ryker rolled onto his back and cradled an arm around Maya. spookyx7 Mal set Tawny on the counter and whipped up some eggs and toast. "That wasn't hard, huh?" She picked up the food and Tawny and carried them to the bed room. "Time to wake up! Breakfast!"Tawny sighed and ate some food. Of course she ate them really slowly. HelMel Ryker blinked and looked over to Mal. "Goodmorning, love. You made breakfast!' He smiled groggily.Maya eyed the food before sticking out her tongue and licking it.Zephy tried to physically dive into the eggs, cooing. spookyx7 "Goodmorning, Ryker, Zephy, and Maya." She smiled and then started to giggle as the babies made their way for the food. "Yup, thought you might be hungry." She had a bit of a hunch.Tawny eyed the other two babies and ate a lttle bit. She smiled a little as she watched her brother land in the food. HelMel Egg splatted onto the bedcovers and Zephy rolled in the eggs, snagging a bite here and there.Maya wrinkled her face in disgust and refused to eat the eggs, opting for the unsoiled toast. Ryker laughed. "He's a little eager, yes?" spookyx7 Mal laughed, "Yes, he is. I guess I have to do some laundry later." Mal sat down on the bed next to Ryker.Tawny laughed at her brother. "You weird." She then ate some toast with Maya. HelMel Zephy rolled around on the eggs, getting nice and dirty."A bath is in order as well, I fear." Ryker grinned. spookyx7 Mal smiled, "Yes, a bath is probably a really good idea." She picked up Tawny, "I think it's going to be a bit of work with 3 babies."Tawny didn't know what a bath was so she just let herself be picked up, otherwise she might have made a run for it. HelMel Ryker grinned and handed Maya to Mal. "I'll help." He grabbed the grimy Zephy and held him out at arms length.

Ryker stared down at Zephyros as he began to grow. "Hun, are you sure they're not MiracleGrow babies?" He set the messy child down.
Zephy blinked and inspected his new hands, squishing the egg bits between his fingers.
Maya struggled to get out of Mal's arms.

Mal laughed, "I do think you are right." The babies became too heavy so she put them both on the floor. "I guess this will be an interesting experience, giving them a bath I mean." Mal gigled and smiled at the beautiful children.
Tawny looked at her hands and feet and shrugged, it wasn't so cool. She yawned and looked up her parents to see what they were going to do next.

Zephyros took to licking his egg-covered fingers. "Mmmmmmm..." He smiled and held out his hand for Tawny, motioning for her to lick the egg.
Ryker chuckled and lifted Zephy onto his wobbly legs. "Let's go, crazy messy kid."
Maya stumbled around before plopping on her bottom. Legs were hard to master.

Tawny wrinkled her nose, "Ewww!" She backed away slowly. "Egg fingers."
Mal giggled and grabbed Tawny and Maya's hands. "I'll help you guys." She smiled and helped the two girls walk toward the bath.

Ryker steered the messy Zeph toward the bathroom. "Mal would you run the water."
Zephy blinked. Water... WATER?!?!?! The child began to squirm in his father's arms. "NOOOOOOO!!!!" He didn't want to drown.
Maya looked at the tub curiously.

'Sure dear." She turned on the water and tested it to make sure it was the right tempreture. "You think they would like bubbles?"
Tawny yawned, this was not exciting. Nothing had really exctied her yet anyway. She watched her brother and stifled a giggle.

"Bubbles are a great idea. They'll get to play." Ryker reigned in his struggling son. "Behave, Zephy."
Zephy started to sniffle; he loved getting messy.
Maya examined the sink, reaching out a chubby finger to touch the basin.

Mal smiled and pulled out a bottle of bubble bath. She put in a capful and bubbles started to emerge. "Doesn't that look like fun?" She asked the three babies.
Tawny nodded, the bubbles did look nicer than just plain water. She slowly got in and started to splash the water around. "Come in, sister and brother. Fun!"

Zephy edged farther away from the water; this did not look fun.
Maya leaned forward and poked a bubble, giggling as it popped.
Ryker lifted his squirming son. "Come on, you. Into the tub."
Zephy shrieked in horror and started to cry.
"Mal? Can you help me with this?" He set his son down.
The little mixed demon scurried into a corner and sobbed.
Ryker lifted Maya and set her gingerly into the water.
Maya pushed the bubbles around and smiled.

Tawny splashed and giggled, "This fun, huh, sister?" She smiled and asked her sister who was popping bubbles.
"Well, I'll try." Mal walked over to her son and sat next to him. "It's ok Zephy, the water won't hurt you." She patted his head. "I'll always protect my children." She said as she smiled at him.

Mal smiled at the child, "It ok, the water won't hurt you." She took a handful of water and sprinkled it down his arm, "See?"
