Bagging a demon hunter….That was going to be a big deal. Gentha could go back to their mother and father and brag about it, while he…well, he just got the satisfaction. He didn't MIND that, it was the way things were after all. And since his master was his sister, life was a bit easier. For now, the young adult was getting used to all the scents of the outside lands. Everything was new. Was this what things were like, outside their Pride? These smells, these things….everything was different. And he found he didn't LIKE the smell. At ALL.

Tail flicking irritably, he growled, "Let's find ourselves some prey, sister. I do not like it here at all. The scents, they're unpleasant." Disgusting.

"They are," Gentha said, trying her best to tough out the stink that resonated off the Rogue Lands from the creatures that roamed it aimlessly and without cause.

Since their departure from their pridal lands, Gentha and Nasira had been unsuccessful in finding themselves a demon-hunter to bag. It was like the entirety of their pathetic pride decided to take a day off and leave the siblings high, dry and utterly bored as they tried not to complain about the stink. If they managed to find themselves a demon-hunter, Gentha was going to beat it so badly that it would have wished it never managed to come out into the open today.

"It's like the scum vanished. They're usually crawling all over the place around here," She said with a hiss, having watched them meander around from the safety of their borders from time to time.

The pink male was growling low in his throat, a soft sound of displeasure, "They are cowards, sister. The lot of them. Perhaps when they smelled superior Demons, they ran. Like animals." Vaguely, the lion wondered if there was anything they could do to draw the others out, "I say we chase them down and bleed them. That sounds....quite amusing at the moment. Especially since they do indeed owe us, for letting us down so."

"Sounds like an excellent plan," Gentha said, grinning as they walked. She hoped they ran into one of them soon. She was itching to tear something apart, and if she couldn't find one of them she was going to tear apart the next living creature she managed to find, whether it be another lion or a prey beast. Something had to give eventually.

Little did they know wandering down-wind nearby was one of their aforementioned demon-hunters, but in name only. Sungura was completely unaware of the adult threats waiting around the bend for him. He had come out into the Rogue Lands to look for the girl who was supposed to be his best friend, and whom, since their first meeting, he had slowly fallen in love with. He hadn't seen her in some time and he wondered if perhaps she had left the area with her father and didn't have the ability to tell him so, or if, just maybe, she had found someone better than him...

Despite the slim chances of finding her, Sungura had decided to look anyway. So far he was having no luck and it was dampening his little spirits, "Where could Kizi be? She never comes to see me anymore..."

His nose turned up, and he scented a lion. Another one. Grinning darkly, he trotted forth, "Well well, sister. Do you smell what I smell?" His black eyes iced over, carefully sneaking down the way. Ohhh this was going to be beautiful, seeing a Demon-Hunter crying....

"Hmnn? Smell what?" Gentha said, scenting the air quickly in attempts to smell what her brother smelled. It didn't take her long the find the scent that lingered in the air. It was faint, but fresh and smelled like it came from a male. They had a different scent than females, or so she noticed, they were far tarter to her receptors, where other females were sweeter. "Ahhh... I see. Mnn'yes. I do... Let's go greet them properly..."

Gentha's lips curled as the sensation of blood-lust swept over her. She almost hoped their wasn't a big struggle so she could tear them limb from limb in glee, but she didn't think Nasira would be satisfied with the simple act of ripping apart a Demon-Hunter. Somewhere inside, Gentha knew her brother craved what most demons consistently got the chance to do, cause another creature immense pain, toy with them, get them to fight and struggle. Even with her and his sparring, it never went that way. It couldn't go that way.

If Sungura had know what kind of trouble he was in, he'd have done like his name sake, turned tail and ran as quickly as his adolescent legs could carry him. Unfortunate for him, he knew nothing of the trouble that was about to coming knocking on his front door. He trotted along searching with his eyes for the blue girl he had slowly fallen for during his time alive and didn't see her. He sighed heavily and plopped down onto a patch of grass, stretching his paws in his sadness.

"Kumbukizi, where have you gone? Why have you left me here alone like this?" He mumbled to himself, pawing at the dirt and causing scratch marks to appear in it, "I thought we were friends."

The two adults quickly encroached on the young Adolescent, and the lion grinned darkly. Oh, this was going to be so simple. He was young, and adorable. This truly would be easy. Looking to Gentha, his grin was the grin of sadism. Oh, this was going to be beautiful. Dark eyes trained on Sungura, and he purred, "Well then, what have we here, dear sister. " He cooed, chuckling, "I do believe someone has strayed." He stuck close beside her, padding out to look around the other, "All alone as well~ How foolish." Nasira was purring low in his throat, eager to see what exactly would happen once the other realized what kind of a mess he was in.

When Sungura heard the voice from behind him he jumped. If it hadn't been for the fact his skin kept his skelleton in his body it would have jumped right out of him and darted off before the rest of him could keep up. He stumbled when he turned, his heart racing from being taken by surprise. Before him were two adult lions, one male, one female, apparently brother and sister from what the male had said. the female was a purple-black with fading pink spots, and the male was very pink with dark patches on him. they seemed ominous, foreboding.

"W-who're you?" Sungura stuttered, his tail tucked firmyl between his legs as he took a step back from them, "What do you want?"

Gentha merely smiled fiendishly, enjoying the shaking the little lone runt was doing as her brother spoke to him. It was like his fear was some sweet perfume that only made her all the more bloodthirsty. Gentha beared her teeth to the adolescent and pulled a needle out from their storage place.

"Do you know what this is?" She asked rhetorically, liking the side of it without cutting herself. She had to know what she was working with to understand their complexity and their importance, "This is called a needle... And I use them by driving them deep into your vulnerable fleshy parts."

He chuckled darkly, "I have no weapons but my claws, lucky for you, little one. But they're still..." Nasira let them out of his paws, digging them into the dirt, "Mmm. Sharp enough to play a little game." Moving behind the other, Nasira had no intent of letting him run off, since this little Demon-Hunter was just the perfect prey. He was adorable, really. Right now, though, was all about Nasira letting out the repressed Demon within him, "And that's all we want to do~ Play OUR game.....Demon-Hunter."
