Alright Cobra, I'm interested in getting you to join the red Brand, though I would like to have you on my brand for longer than 5 fights.
A couple of things. If I get you to join, I am going to be conditioning you to win a title for me. Since most of the PP comes in from people who have titles. Most of the time 1 PP is earned per match, but people with titles earn more. I want you to get the Undisputed Title.
Now since one PP is earned per match up, I can't fulfill your request for 1/2 of PP earned. Though since I want to get a title with you, you can expect that you will be getting a fair share of PP.
I would want to sign you on a quarterly basis, so every three months we can talk about renewing your contract.
As soon as you sign on to my brand I would instantly give you 10,000 credits so you can buy your genin benefits, techs, and any tools that you may need. The credits you get per fight will more than likely vary though, but so long as you show good performance, I will make sure I get you what you need as soon as it is possible for me to do so.
Now I have a losing clause in my contract. Should there ever be a time, when you start to develop a losing streak, I hold the right to void your contract. I consider a losing streak to be losing three fights in a row. Though if this were to happen I would try to work with you to see if there is anything I could do to help you, but if I feel it to be too costly, then I will void your contract.
Though this seems like a small price to pay considering all I am asking you to do is win and stay in my brand for a rather long time as well as win a title for me.

Well as a manager I only get 100,000 credits, so I only give 10k so a select few. I may be able to afford you Lance but for five fights and 500 credits each, you may be out of my budget. But it would be unfair for me to try to obtain you right now until Sosay gets a chance to make her offer.

...you're just talking about, taking away my contract deal of supplied PP and credits after fights?.. right? That's what I'm assuming.
Sure, seems like a good deal to me. I'm sure I should really wait to see a counter offer, but I like your terms. So long as I'm still getting some credits per fight, even if I lose, then I'll be good. However, I will add my own clause and warn you... I will be tracking my PP earnings and if I feel like I'm not getting what I deserve, I have the right to null and void the contract myself. That is to say, once I've earned for your brand 1.5-2x the amount of PP I want to use for myself... I'll expect that it be used to purchase upgrades.
That's my only condition though. Aside from that, I'll be loyal and dedicated so long as you are loyal to me. Shinji wants to be a champion as much as you want him to be a champion, so he's not gonna slouch anytime soon.
We should probably re-write up a contract with all of these specifics and then Sign it somehow. (lol, not like we couldn't edit it anytime we want)... but still, we should so it's documented.
