Alright then... here's what I think should be going on;
First, we need more posts. I know, people don't come on as often as they used to. That needs to change, whether it be because of sudden increased activity due to old members, or new ones. That means that we need recruiters. I will go through the list and kick out any old members that are, for some reason still on the list.
We need more members, which is part two. Anyone who has friends who are fans of tickling, try to get them to join. Search the forums, put up a recruiting thread, I don't care. Just need more members.
Three, I think there should be a bit more interaction with others. Try getting to know each other, try some more in the RP and story forums.
I'll do what I can to try and save the guild. But I won't make any promises; I've never been an owner. I'm probably going a little too deep for this one.

The idea of recruiting is a good one; what about setting up an RP, or a couple of holiday-related threads out in other parts of Gaia? When I was a member on another guild, we'd occasionally host things like New Year threads where winners who posted/won little contests would get a present (say, an artist from the guild would draw them something, or they'd get a Gaia item, that sort of thing).

Sorry guys, but it has been fun while it lasted. I think this guild has run its course. I'll be moving on... but I think I'll leave Nyperoid in charge. He certainly is on much more than anyone else I've seen.
