Relax! Just tell yourself to calm down and relax right before you start. It's a psychology technique that's proven to work.
Just act like you're playing by yourself and that it's just another rehearsal for you.
Don't play anything too fast, think about how fast you're playing. Only go as fast as you can while still sounding your best (with those nerves).
If your audition involves scales, try looking at some alternate fingerings if anything is difficult for you. What instrument do you play (that would help)?

I play horn, I think I'm pretty much good on all my scales =) a lot of it is the nerves. I also have a theory placement test. Any thoughts on that?

Best of luck to you!! My audition is February 15th.. I'll be very prepared by then, I'm just so scared that my nerves are going to screw me up a lot!
