UPDATE! Job number 2 has officially hired me. And they were my first choice. So YAY. Job number one still doesn't know when they'll be hiring but the interview went well. I only just dropped my CV off at job# 3, Just in case, maybe I could work two jobs since they're both just looking for 1-2 days a week. I'm excited to start working and not be broke anymore! So remember how I was all unemployed and broke. Well I have THREE job interviews within the next week or two. (didn't even drop off my cv at job #3 yet, but they're interested in me lol)
Plus, I've applied for another med study which would get me 1130 dollars by the end of february. Which is exciting cause both my friends have applied so if we all get in it will be a lot less boring AND I can pay off my dad and my brother in one shot.
So here's my dilema. For the past 2 summers I had weekends off. This was very helpful since I do like to go to competitions with Cowboy. Now I suppose I could quit come summer and go back to my old job even though I'm fairly bored of it. But I'm getting a bit sick of workin this summer contract and always being out of work come fall. I'd like to find something permanent but Cowboy is my priority.
That in mind, I have an interview for (no worries, all links are english)
Job # 1
Mon AmiThey just opened a few weeks ago. They don't really know when exactly they'll be hiring but they think within the next month or two. They're open 7 days a week, normal business hours. If you browse their site, they have a wide variety of foods available from the not so great to the pretty great.
Job #2,
Le Chateau du chien closed Mondays and only open at noon Sundays. They specified that at first I would be needed just Sundays. This suits me decently. I wouldn't have to give up dog sledding since I finish at 11 and should be able to get Cowboy home and get there on time as they're close by. I've spoken with the owners a lot, they're friendly and they mostly only offer great food.
Job #3
Boutique Woof Meow, they also only open noon Sunday, no idead what day they'd want me but supposedly they are looking for someone to work one or two days just a few hours. They are the closest and employes get free food. While they do offer some good stuff, I find it mostly decent food, but a tad grain heavy. (Best food they carry is wellness, no Orijen or Acana, they have Nutro, FROMM, Pure vita, Organix etc)
Now yes, I know I need to go through with interviews and choose what's best after. But, seriously how am I going to choose. Cowboy is the most important factor in this. I don't want to have to give up too many trials as we're finally getting really into it but the second most important thing would be how good I feel about what I'm selling. Followed by money and benefits.
