All in all in was fairly decent. It was no where close to the awesomeness of Origins but it was still fun while it lasted. One of the things that bothered me though was the ending.... it seemed a little vague and empty.
One thing I really did like with the ending was the section of the Epilogue which spoke of my relationship with Alistair. It made me so happy!! 4laugh
Well anywho, apparently decisions you made in Awakening will also affect certain events in Dragon Age 2....which is fairly interesting due to the choices you had to make in the game. Ahh how I can't wait for March!! heart

I thought Dragon Age 2 itself would be separate unlike the Mass Effect series.

Well it's not quite like the Mass Effect series either. You will have a completely different character but Ferelden and the rest of the Dragon Age world will be affected by the decisions you made in the prior games.

Alistair on throne or not, etc...
I guess the mention of your character's name (hell, who knows, maybe they might even transfer her/his look. lol)
Even better, tho, was the scene in the beginning when he comes with reinforcements and you can go all flirting with him in front of bot armies...lol

I didn't really like the ending! D:
I mean sure i guess it was great and all but.. It really did feel empty.
They BETTER come out with another expansion or im going to go murder everyone at Bioware.

It just seems like.. How it ended was just begging for another expansion in my opinion : , D

Originally they were supposed to support the first DA for 2 years... BUt yeah...we get DA 2... And yes, descisions from awakening are supposed to comes into play in the later part of the second game, since the second game spawn over the first(Before and after)

For it to be even funnier, do not kill Loghain female body guard. She becomes Alistair private body guard and reacts pretty strangely to the whole conversation.
A certain someone gets very pushy when she want you to see something stare Terra stare

Yes, ain't no saving her, we all tried to find some way when awakening came out on gamefaqs, nothing worked.
Bioware confirmed she was dead meat
Oghren? I would say that his burp to power up the party as a champion makes me prefer the rest fo teh crew.
I want leliana as a grey warden. lol

Kinda sucks you can't save her.. Since she wanted to be a warden and all.. But oh well. xD
I think if she had stayed alive she and Anders would of had some pretty funny conversations though. ^^
And Lelianna as a warden? That'd be pretty interesting.. xD

I decided to buy awakening a while ago. My thoughts are the game was pretty short (It kept reminding me of KOTOR 2) maybe the game was rushed. Well the game was allright to me, my first play through was with a rogue and i don't really feel like going through a second play through. Its a fun game but a bit short.
