That pic is Dr. Umeda from Hana-Kimi I think it's in volume 2 or 3. The seires has a full name but it's really long and hard to spell. I think you'll find somethinf under Hana-Kimi.
PS He is my Favorite Charater.

Yup Hana-Kimi and it's from volume 2. Hes my favorite character in the manga too ^^ I just started that one need to get volume 3 biggrin . Yes I'm a guy and I read Hana-Kimi redface my friend let me borrow it ^^;

'Tis indeed Doctor Umeda!! If you've seen Boston Legal, he's supposed to look like James Spader. 3nodding
Hana-Kimi is and ADORABLE series which is kind of like Crimson Hero meets W Juliet and Umeda-sama is the main gay factor of the series. whee Other than that it's mostly just a lot of sexual confusion because of weird gender situations.
But the romance is cute and the jokes are abundant!!
