war memorial in San Diego is being taken down...which the ACLU and a Jewish organization were against. If a Star of David in Jerusalem were erected to memorialize American non-Jewish soldiers, I would see it as "they are honoring my dead", not "adsfasdfasfas they saying we Jewish raannnt rave rant!@!" But only rational people would see it that way. This controversy over this cross is 2 decades old? Other future fights of this nature will take less time to resolve, until eventually our entire system is dissolved and something worse will take its place.

Someone criticized the President and has apologized for it...I agree that you shouldn't criticize a standing president publically if you are working for him, and although Erney wasn't directly working for him, he was still representing the Marine Corps. Still, it's hard to blame him. I hope Toys for Tots donations rose after that. I may give them something myself.
