Anyone get a pet? Anyone have a headstart ticket? Post your screenshots?

I haven't got the ticket or a pet yet. D; I have enough gcash for one ticket and on pet, but I don't know which pet to get. o.e
I'll probably end up getting both anyway and/or two of one so I can sell one later.

Well, pets are really useless and do nothing D: [well maybe some faces when you die or kill boss]. And about Boardwalk.. Guess what! There is nothing to do. Big NOTHING D:

Well it's not really a fail since they are pointless. I mean, I didn't hear much about the BB. D:
There's no reason to get gaia cash/do surveys/ or blow off gold just to get into BB for sightseeing...
And summon monsters only follow you around...... not worth it D:..... Not only that, i heard they waste stamina just by being there or something X:. Would be cool if the monsters start attacking, but that doesn't seem like they will ever do that D:
EDIT: I'm thinking that the Halloween event will be around this time, so there is a possibility that we will get new rings and maybe, just maybe, we will get a summon biggrin . But just using gaiacash or gold is just not worth it right now -___-

Well, [JK] did say that the Cursed Pumpkin would contain a ring, and that it would prove useful during SS. So I don't know if they'd release another ring so soon after that, but maybe they would...
I'm pretty sure though that the BB isn't fully done yet, they're adding Animated and a boss as they go... I'm looking forward to seeing it but based on what everybody's saying, I'll wait til it's open to everyone... the tickets are best for vending right now, in my opinion.

Ahoy, mateys, looks like a lot are not much informed. pirate
As what was said, BB is not complete and NPCs, quests, mini-games, and the Animated are yet to be implemented. pirate
Meaning you should have browsed through the forums to know more. pirate
In the meantime, once the devs are assured that they won't be laid off(fired), they will work on the abilities of the pets and create new ones to help finance zOMG. pirate

I decided to buy the kiki because of its cool dance moves. o.e
But I'll probably end up buying the omg too, if I ever get enough cash through those offers. Oooh and I bought the ticket, those animated caught me by surprise even though I read about them beforehand. d;

The Cusred Pumpkin can be opened now and guess what, you get Marshall as a companion!! blaugh

I have my OMG and my ticket and the bucaneer with the monsters is now wow reminds me of the good old zomg days where mowers gone really mad at you and ss was hard. So i like it even if i kinda die every second anchor bug... they have such a high respawn rate that it is making it a little mad. But bucanneer is getting interesting and funny I like it can't wait for first npc quest.

BlueroseSyn Do the pets do anything else other then follow you around? at the moment, no. However the devs are discussing future updates. Swarf indicated updates could be as soon as next week.

Nah you can also walk solo around in bucaneer just be careful and know the save spots biggrin It takes time but its also fun solo ^^.
