Too cool for you, almost~
Like any adolescent teen of Halloween, it is the goal of this jikininkis to maintain a certain level of 'cool'. A reputation, if you will. Now, Seiji's personal brand of cool is not so much measured in popularity, as in one's ability to keep things chill. He's not opposed to being well known or well liked, it'd be nice, but that's not really his top priority.
Seiji is, in general, a very laid back sort of ghost. He doesn't like getting worked up, so has decided that very few things will bother him. It's case of mind over matter, and he's actually gotten rather good at it over the years. He likes to keep about him an air of calm and composure, and appear thoroughly unrufflable. This isn't exactly the case, he is, in fact, rufflable, but he likes to appear as though he's not. For the most part he succeeds.
Punkabe~
Along with wanting to come off as eternally chill, Mr. Inuoe seems to think, as a young man, that he needs to come off as tough. And to achieve this he has to be a punk. This is the logical leap his hormonally challenged little ghost brain came to.
This is a phase, and he will eventually grow out of it, but currently he is bent on coming off as tough, strong, and generally "Bad a**" to his fellow students. His vocabulary can be down right vulgar, his mannerisms leave something to be desired, and his stand on women? Well, you don't even want to know!
Sweet nougat center~
Despite his carefully maintained reputation of ice cold punk, Seiji can, when prompted, be a real sweetheart. He tries to hide this fact, really really hard, but sometimes the sweetness just leaks out all over the place. If he actually likes a ghoul, or if someone drops a baby scareon into his arms, the cool act crumbles and leaves behind a squishy, malleable, hunk of feelings where Inoue Seiji used to stand.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Upon his parent's insistence. He's got a very iffy handle on his fear, and they feel the academy will not only help him master this ability, but perhaps teach him some responsibilities and manners as well.

Eye Colour: Red, slightly glowy
Hair Colour/Style: Black
Skin Colour: Sickly grey/white
Clothing Style/Colours: Punkish Japanese.
Extra: His left arm degrades into a gangrenous black color from mid forearm down, and his fingers on that hand are wicked looking claws. Sightly pointier teeth.

Fear and Natural abilities Natural abilities Phasing~ Like all ghosts, Seiji can phase in and out of visibility. Possibly travel through solid objects? Need feedback on that bit. Flying~ Why yes he can! Or rather, hover. He can float a few inches off the ground, though generally prefers to walk. Floating is for sissies. FearCorruption~ Meant primarily as a battle enhancement so is probably rather distracting as well, considering it's nature. Corruption works akin to that of a beserker mode. A short burst of strength, energy, and speed that gives him a temporary edge against his opponent. Unlike that of a beserker though, Seiji's body undergoes a rather grisly change while under the influence of his fear. The claws on his blacked hand length and the gangrenous rot spreads to cover the majority of his left hand side, from face and on down his leg to his foot. Not only blackened skin, but actual rotted, corpsish flesh and yucky black fluid . Hints of bones, muscle. Very night of the living dead. This Corruption last or only 30 seconds and can only be used once within battle. At it's conclusion Seiji is also left feeling relatively drained and exhausted. The spread of the Corrupting rot increases to cover more of his body in his second year, and finally consumes him completely in third, extending down to clawed fingers on his right hand to match the left.

I AM LE TERRIBLE AT GIVING CRIT, but...I..I'll try! Just to get it started, or something. ouo~ I feel like I'm cheating because I know what he's like even though you haven't written in personality yet...and...and we are pretty much doing a more fun way to flesh him out anyway. ::stares at aim::
OH WELL.
His parents are sending him to learn responsibility and manners; is he a bully (<< With a soft side, apparently~) or is he just..not...a proper gentlemanly kind of guy? I can't think of how else to word that right now. He's a bad boy punk, jah? (Did he kill that follyjox like Barth? :<)
I'm curious about his arm. It probably has nothing to do with anything, it's mostly just my own curiosity! His arm, it looks gangrenous but is it really? Or is that just its appearance? I understand he's a ghost so it's not like it'll kill him anyway; I think it's neat~.
Ummm I can't think of anything else right now. I'm fail.

Professor Caelum blinked as he stared at the newest batch of career counseling forms. Was it his imagination or were these actually student application forms? Last time he checked, he wasn't exactly doing a background check for students on their parents, as interesting as it might have been to catch glimpses of why the students themselves were sometimes so dysfunctional, if not disillusioned.
Elsewhere an inebriated secretary was having a very hard time trying to figure out why he was staring at the class schedule of a student applying to Amityville. His current theory involved time travel, aliens, magical girls, or possibly the three elements combined together.
