Hi im just wondering all the special events are only taking place in tf2 , i do not have this game (i wish i did)
because it looks awesome.

And asking if you can do it in other games

I'm not sure if I fully understand what you're trying to say.

But if you mean the events that TF2 offer with items and awesome stuff like that, then yes... Team Fortress 2 is the only game that gets these events.
