I have a pair of characters, and I'm swapping their genders. Because I can. Anyway, I'm wanting to say this without actually saying it. So far, this is all I have:
For some reason I felt very... round. I'm not sure why it felt strange, because before then I had never really cared about my angularity. But I suppose that instead of feeling square, I felt round. And I'm not sure why.
So... yeah. Anything else I can add to it, and how do you do stuff like this?

Umm. I'm trying to to understand exactly what it is you are asking for sweatdrop
It kind of depends on the characters own characteristics as to how they would naturally "hide" something like that.

Oh right; they're Pokemon. They're Luxray, one male, one female, and the excerpt written from the male's POV.
Basically, something weird happens (in theory, caused by the villain, I haven't decided) and they switch genders. Not bodies, genders.
So... yeah. Mostly, this is for people who've written this before.

Oh! That sounds like fun, I want to help! Since Theo is ordinarily so annoying, maybe have him be less annoying? Like, somebody hires him for a job, and he doesn't do so well? Perhaps he suddenly understands how it would feel if he were the one being annoyed, since it's a stereotype that females are more understanding than males.
Perhaps he could get a sudden urge to be neater and cleaner. And lastly, he sees through the villains scheming due to his new female understanding of things!
Or none of the above. It's up to you.

Don't fall into stereotypes for it; also, are we going by pokegender (which really should be called sex but wtfever) or actual gender here? Because gender is just a mental/social construct, but changing the actual sex will involve new hormones and instincts and such for Pokemon.
