Not for Children

Leprechauns leaping from limbs to limbs, ponies prancing to petunia to petunia, and jackrabbits jumping jubilantly in a grass meadow filled with children dreams and full of life. Too perfect in fact when little Lacy lapsed awake from her slumber.
Lacy's little ears heard screaming and crashing of plates downstairs. Terrible taunts tantrum though the home. The house was always dark, dirty and destroyed with broken glass and family pictures ripped of burned. It was already big with the large ceilings and wide pathways, but to small Lacy it was bigger than a big building. There is little light leaping from light bulbs overdue in electricity, so the screaming from the parents room didn't help in little unlucky Lacy's world.
BANG!
Then everything was still, silent and serious.
Lacy leaped and lopped to the stairs when her sister Sarah came sobbing.
Sarah swarms and scoops Lacy in her little limbs. Together they left the horrendous house and joined a comfortable condo with cozy living style and new cloths, couches and cushions.

They never say their parents again...
