The girls looked around, on edge a little. The place gave off a vibe they didn't find pleasant.
"So we have," said Kira.
"What do we do now?" asked Direna.
Cherish was perfectly fine. The place's vibe didn't bother him.
Corin was on guard, eyes surveying their surroundings.

The girls stared at him. "..........."
Direna hugged Articus(sp?).
"You know this place is giving us the creeps right?" asked Kira.
"He's right. It's getting dark and Direna always goes to sleep an hour after sunset. Do you think we should stay in one of the old buildings Akrish?" she said.

Nikolai keeping quiet as possible to avoid being detected as he sees the group move on ahead. His body is cloaked in dark cloth and his face masked, only his eyes are seen. he moves quickly to the underbrush.

Corin nodded and led the others into one of the empty houses. THey checked it out before they locked the door and made themselves comfortable.
Cherish rolled his eyes. "I'm coming. Let's see what souls are about," he said. He follewed Akrish.

Direna huddled against Arcturis' warm fur and soon fell fast asleep. Kira went to sleep next. Corin stayed awake, keeping watch and waiting for Akrish and Cherish to return.
Cherish smirked. "Don't worry. I'm here. They should stay well enough away. Now then, you are attracted to one of those wolves aren't you my friend?" he said, teasingly.

Cherish snorted. "Not with that attitude. Go for her! You need some romance. Maybe you'll stop looking like a lost puppy," he said. He looked around at the empty town. "So what exactly are we looking for with out the girls? You could be watching the one you like sleep instead of wandering around out here," he said.
((I just thought of Cherish being whipped over a girl. *snicker* ))

Cherish got a thoughtful look. "I forgot the living had to eat. But we'll have to hunt. I doubt there is any food left. Maybe a few vegatables and fruits gone wild,but nothing more," he said. He stopped and stared incrediously at Akrish. "You like Corin?!" he said in surprise. He hadn't seen that coming. He had expected the other to like Kira.
He quickly recovered from his surprise. "You have your work cut out for you," he said. He sniffed the air. "I smell fruit!" he said. He took off and found an over grown apple orchard.

arcturis raises his head and growls at a wall as an elvish spirits head hovers in"what are mortals doing here?"arcturis stands up and gets ready to attack as his mouth glows with energy
