(This RP is for Velika (Divena & Divenasmom), Aydan (Angelique DelaMort) and Sonja (Angelique DelaMort) and Namir (Divena & Divenasmom)  Velika spread her wings and coasted on the breeze, winding a bit until she could touch down on the ground. With a pleased little smile she hop/skipped over to the river she had spied from the air and took a few cautious sips before debating if she wanted to just jump right in. That could be fun....(From page 6 on, Namir has also joined in the festivities)

  "Easy, Sonja," Aydan called in his usual good natured manner as he adjusted his wings. They were flying high above the landscape and he'd let himself go a little too high for his alicorn companion. Naturally Sonja considered this a challenge. "I can do it!" she grinned pushing herself harder. She was sure if the pushed herself a little more each time she could do anything. Keeping up with Aydan was perfect practice."Of that, I am certain," he said soaring down past her. "But we don't need to try.""You're never any fun!"

Hearing the sounds of voices, Velika forgot about her goal of diving into the river and instead looked around to try and find the owners.

"I believe our definitions of fun merely differ," Aydan said setting his course to the river.
"You're not taking a break again already?" Sonja pouted seeing his intended destination. "We're never going to get a good look at this place if you keep stopping for water or food every 10 minutes!
"You will have to indulge my desire for these small luxuries," he smiled landing lightly on the ground. It was then he took notice of another flier in the area. "Unless this spot is already claimed. Are we intruding?" he inquired of the dark-eyed female.

Velika eyed the other two winds with excitement sparkling in her eyes. She'd met so few of her own kind. Questions bubbled in her mind, but she managed to push them aside long enough to be polite. She smiled brightly at the stallion and his companion, guessing them to either be siblings or mates. "Not at all!" she assured them.

Aydan smiled in appreciation before bowing his head to take a long drink of the cool water.
"Alright, but only 5 minutes this time," Sonja said touching down beside him. "Really, Aydan, we're never going to see everything before sundown!"
"There is always tomorrow," he reminded her in his usual calm tone.

"Touring, I'd guess you'd say," Sonja replied with a grin. "We're new around here. I wanna see the sights, get a feel for the terrain, you know, the important stuff. Got any recommendations for places we could check out?" she asked excitedly.
"Or any places where the herds gather?" Aydan asked. "In case we wish to give up our life thus far of solidarity."

"That is important as well," the stallion agreed bowing his head to drink once more. "It seems, Sonja, we're back to our original plan of following the sun and seeing what it sees."
"Then we'd better hurry up," she snorted impatiently. "Because it's getting lower and lower in the sky and we're just getting started."

"No..." Sonja wrinkled her nose. "I want to try! It would be fun...just flying by the light of the moon and the stars..."
"In the darkness where you would not be able to see more than a foot in front of you?" Aydan shook his head. "I do not think it would be wise, especially in unfamiliar terrain."

The horned fem stared at this blue wonder with new appreciation, "See, Aydan! She doesn't think it would be too bad. We should try it!"
"But we do not know what we're doing," he reminded her gently. "We're not even certain where we are going at this point."
Sonja rolled her eyes, "Details...how about you?" she eyed the blue bird excitedly. "You know what you're doing? You could come along with us and then we'd know what we're doing and it'll be a good time all around!"
