Boris didn't have anywhere in particular to go today, he had some things to attend to in a few days but, he had already been hunting, done some fishing and stalked the hatters home until he was bothered by Blood's little hare slave. He bobbed his head side to side, in his little cheery trot he had naturally fallen in to, eyes falling on random logs here and there wondering whether to fall asleep in the dim sun rays that were peaking through the tops of the forest.
He paused finding a suitable large, thick log. A tree that had fallen. He grinned and made his way over to it after deeming it a perfect place to lay. He jumped up swiftly, with ease of a cat and lowered his body to the bark, crossing one front leg over the other, his tail slowly slipping side to side behind him. He closed his eyes, resting his head comfortably upon the fluffy pink boa, ears twitching at the sounds of the forest and the critters within it.

She'd taken to wandering a bit further here and there from the herd lands and her parents. Though, she hadn't really seen much of her father as of late. She figured that he must have more pressing matters to deal with these days and thus simply wasn't around. Her deer like tail twitched and waggled here and there. She'd picked up the tail waggle at a young age after watching a family of deer one day that was close to the den she'd been born in. The dim sunlight that broke through the trees reflected nicely on her pale coat as she walked along, deer hopping over logs as a game.
Hop! She giggled some. Hop another log she'd cleared with another giggle. This day certainly was a nice day to have a bit of fun without her sister there to make things just.... reckless and dangerous. She liked her fun a bit on the softer side than her sister did. Games for here were friendly and not the kind to make some one else ,usually herself, cry in the end.

Boris was content in the warmth that was radiating across his coat. His boa acting more like a heated blanket. He purred some until his ears caught the faint sound of thumps against the earth. Lifting his head, his eyes narrowed to the side, eying the space between his bangs to see what was coming towards him. It was a mare. With split hooves and what had to be the tiniest tail he had ever seen, other than Peter white anyway. He blinked, throwing a look back over his shoulder at his own tail which had taken to also being lazy and was hanging off-side of the log. He smiled widely, just watching as she pounced over log after log gracefully.
He chuckled as she got closer. "Think you can jump this one?"

She gave a start at the voice causing her to side hop like a deer for a few steps, tail flagged in alarm. Looking around she finally looked up at cocked her head to the side. "How'd you get up there?" Her tail gave a few waggles as she puzzled over this. At a further notice, he did seem.... different from her.. Obviously he wasn't a ceryenei.. but what was he? She then looked at the height of the log and wondered. Could she hop over it? "I guess I can try..." She backed up slowly before stopping and getting herself ready. Giving a small butt wiggle, she leaped off into a gallop and at the right moment, she leaped... Only she came up just a bit short, high centering herself on the log instead. "Well.. that didn't work out very well.." Giving a small pout, she wiggled in a failed attempt to get herself now stuck off the log.

Her reaction to him only furthered his smile in to a matching Cheshire grin. Boris had always been able to jump higher, climb higher and many more things than other soquili could not because of his mutations however he always thought it was normal... He kept quiet, raising his brow as she readied herself, then sprang in an attempt to jump it, only to be caught half way.
He chuckled. "Aww. Nice try." He stretched out and got to his feet, turning on the log he jumped over her and to the other side of of her, looking down. He nuzzled her hair out of the way and gently gripped the back of her neck with his teeth, helping to drag her up on to the log. His ears flickered gently, piercings chiming as he sat down on his rump. She did better than he would have expected. "Your pretty brave." He twisted his head to the side with a smile. "I'm Boris! Who might you be?"

She wobbled a bit on the log, steadying herself some before looking at him. "I'm Briallan, but you could call me Bri for short." She gave him a friendly smile. "Nice to meet you Boris" His name came out like a squeak as she lost her balance and fell off the log with a dull thud. "Ouch..." She looked up, standing with a sheepish grin. "Guess I'm not very good at staying on top of logs." She gave a small nervous chuckle, her tail giving a small twitch. She turned her head around to look at the still healing wound she'd gotten from the mountian lion. Luckily, her landing hadn't busted the scab on it. Shaking her head she turned her attention back to Boris.

"Nice to meet you to- Bri!" His head followed the poor girl as she fell off the log, he quickly jumped up to his hooves with worry then as quickly as she fell she was on her feet again and he gave a light laugh, jumping swiftly down after her. "Are you alright?" He gave a soft smile and poked his muzzle out to nudge her cheek with concern, she could of really hurt herself. "Don't worry, you'll get used to it. These things just take practice." He looked back to the logs she had been jumping over. It was a game he hadn't contemplated before. He had only done that through escape tactics but, it did look fun. He looked back at her, tail slowly swishing behind him.

She gave a small nod and chuckled. "I'm alright.. just a bit sore is all." She grinned wide. "I'll bet they do..." Her tail waggled some behind her. "So.. what brings you out here?" She wasn't trying to be rude, she was just curious. Tilting her head to the side some, her attention was then grasped by the swish of his tail, so cat like and not like anything else she'd ever seen. "My goodness.. Are you part kitty?" She blinked a few times and looked him in the eyes with big bright curious grey eyes.

Boris smiled and nodded as she spoke. She seemed so sweet and spunky. He wasn't doing much of anything until Bri came a long. He shook his head. "Lazing around in the warmth of the sun." the warmth still clung to his boa, which made him feel comforted and more relaxed. At her realization of his mutations. His eyes widened, ears perked up and jaw dropped to reveal his fangs just peaking out from under his lips. "Nyaa?" He purred. "Indeed I am!" He got back to his feet again, moving his head to the side, flicking his ears so she could see them better. "You can touch them if you want to~ Don't worry, I don't bite."
He remembered Dice always liked to touch animal-like ears and tails. She said they were delicate and soft, like his boa. He smiled in thought, wondering if that was the case with all girls.

"Really? How marvelous.. I think it's interesting I'm part cerynei." She beamed waggling her tail some. At the offer to touch his ears she couldn't help but chuckle. "Sure.. I'll bet they're soft.. they look soft..." Stepping closer, she closed the gap between them and nosed about his ears some before stepping back and giggling. "They are! and your thingy looks fluffy and warm, is it?" She didn't know what the boa was but it interested her the more she looked at it.. was it attached to him some how? Growing out of him like another misplaced tail?

Boris purred as his ear was nosed, giving a smile as she backed up again. "Cerynei?" He tilted his head, he had never heard of these creatures before. That would explain the tail, he assumed as he looked over at the fluffy tuff. They were so cute! "Are they all cute?" He chuckled, looking down at his boa as it was mentioned. "It is warm. It heats up in the sun and it helps winter be a bit more bearable. Here, see for yourself." He gripped the side and pulled it up so it left a hoop between him and the boa. He moved to her side and slipped it over her, dropping it so it cuddled against her skin.
He was naturally a very, playful, friendly and even devious kitty-horse. So being very close/touchy with anyone was something he didn't really think about. He would never have any idea if someone wasn't comfortable with it unless they told him.

A small tinge reached the blush marking of her face causing it to look a bit darker. "Cute? I dunno.. maybe?? I've only seen myself, father, and another half and half like me.. but she also had a deer like tail." She giggled and it waggled some. "She had wings though.. said her mother was an.. um... oh I forget what it was..." She gave a small frown. As he cuddled against her with the boa she blinked a few times. This was..... different.. the boa was very warm and fuzzy It was quite cuddly after all. Her being slightly naive, she didn't really see his closeness to her as something that could have gotten them both lectured by her mother. Besides he wasn't acting like he was coming on to her.. Perhaps this was just his way of being friendly?

He smiled down at her as she spoke, nodding every now and then, keeping his amber eyes focused on her. "I have never seen another like you." He admitted, wondering what else the other she spoke of could have been mixed with. Then again, he hadn't seen many kinds other than the normal, with the exception of some bunny ears and fancy dress wear. "Your kind must be very unique." He chuckled, feeling her wiggle next to him. In fact, when had he ever met another horse with wings? The idea was slightly foreign to him. "Wait - Wings!?" He blurted out, imagining a giant bird, eyes widening and ears sticking up-right. It almost made his mouth water.

She nodded. "I think her mother was a um.... An-gen-ee (angenie) or something of the likes.. she had four wings on her sides.. some on her ears and um at her ankles i think..." She blinked tilting her head to look at his ears. "Why do you ask?" She wondered if maybe he was looking for some one with wings or something. "Have you been looking for a winged some one?" She blinked a few times.

Boris laughed as she thought he was looking for love with a winged mare. He shook his head. "It's not like that at all!" He beamed down at her. "I was just thinking what breakfast might be like catching a giant bird..." His eyes shone brightly. "In hunting terms. Nothing more. Since, id probably never have to hunt again with that sort of fill." He licked his lips. Although he didn't think he would hunt down something with that many wings... Too many feathers till it actually got to the juicy parts. He was getting lost in his dreams again. "I'll have to meet one, one day, see for myself." He shrugged, tilting his head to the side at her.
