Personality: The opposite of her twin sister, Chie. She's energetic and sociable. But, she has a short-temper and is very bold with a sharp-tongue. She can't stay still (unless she's sleeping).
History: She's the older (surprisingly) twin. She has a basic knowledge, and always asks Chie for help. When she heard her sister was leaving the forest in search of wisdom, Maiko wanted to tag along for the taste of adventure.
