Yea I know You guys don't like me but here's my story here.
A few months Ago I gave X2W A big shot here after having the guild on gaia for a year with nothing to do. I'm currently on my 2nd pay per view and I've already started establishing names. But here's the one big thing I learned. It's harder if you want to do it on your own. Which is why after a stiff reality check and a realization and turning more to those I made crew that having a crew and trying to shoot ideas back and forth to is alot easier. Since than I been doing ok. It's not the best guild on Gaia but it's a start.
So my advice to anyone is Don't do what I did. Don't try to do it yourself. Ask for help. It's gonna be better in the long run. Ask someone like Yuke/Chrono or Key/Sonic or Yuya/Claire. Ask them what should be done. Shoot ideas with them. Ask for their opinion. It'll make you a better person in the end. Believe me. You'll feel alot better in the end that you asked somebody.. Hell Chrono/Yuke's the reason I got possibly my guilds best world title main event in my guilds short time ^-^

Course it is! I had a melt-down after two years of running GzW on my own and just ended it in 2008.

Honestly I don't know how I manage to do all that I do. EWA, Hammerlock, FWD, and the various other no name guilds that I run in addition to helping out others in their guilds.
I just attribute to my incredible crew that helps me out even if it doesn't look like they do anything.

That's what I started to do for the last whole month. when I would put up a roll call. I would make an idea thread and ask everyone in the crew what they want. And that's how I put together cards now. Take all what the crew sez and make something with it. I'm glad I started doing that. And I don't ever wanna do it on my own ever again.

I'm currently running three guilds CWL, CWW, and RGPW. So far the former has been far more successful then I could have imagined while the other two need a lot more improvement. In CWL I post up my potential card for all to see and even add the words Subject to change in case people have to withdraw from it. I ask my crew for any ideas on how I can do things to make it more interesting for people. I also ask for their opinions on anything they feel we can improve how things are being done.

Another thing I started doing was giving some of the members a little bit of Creative Freedom. Like what do they wanna do to help make the guild better? and who they wanna work with and stuff. They got an idea for a storyline or angle or match. bring it to me and if they got something good pm ether myself or one of the crew and we'll get back to you after it's been discussed. I like to run with Universal Ideas cuz you never really know till you give it a shot if something's gonna be a lemon or a success.
