Rubeus Frost
I have recently been on a foreign kick. I've been listening to the Rasmus, Nightwish, Cinema Bizarre, and H.I.M. though I would not classify the first and third as Gothic music. My question to everyone is, what makes music "Gothic"? See I always thought Evanescence was Gothic, but this is sometimes greatly disputed. Please enlighten me.

Want some goth bands to listen to there is always classics like : The Cure, Incubus Succubus, Bauhaus, Shioxshee and the banshees, Alien Sex Fiend, Dead Can Dance KMFDM, Depeche Mode
The Birthday Massacre is a good newer band.
Theres also Industrial music which is an off shoot of the newer Goth Culture, bands like God Module, Blutengel, Grendel, Dawn Of Ashes, VNV Nation, :wumpscut:,
there's a lot of music ^^
