Personality:
Loud, upbeat, and outgoing describe the gist of Saito's personality. He likes to keep looking for the silver lining in every cloud. While he may not know a lot about pokemon, his knowledge concerning machines is quite impressive to say the least. Due to his upbringing in Celadon City, he does have a love for gambling, though he is usually a responsible person.
Bio:
Saito hails from the Kanto region, Celadon City, to be specific. His family ran a repair shop for just about anything and everything, and it was a popular business in the busy city. Following in his father's footsteps, Saito began his mechanic's career at an early age, and still enjoys turning a wrench to this day. After helping to fix a lighting problem in the Celadon City Gym, the gym leader Erika helped Saito catch his first pokemon, a male Nidoran. Ever since then, he and Monty have stuck together like glue. Over the years, Montgomery eventually evolved into a Nidoking, and helps Saito with heavy lifting, amongst other things. Currently, Saito's working for the Ranger Union.
