My step sister needs help. My mother recently just got re-married and I have a step sister and two step brothers now. I'm going to say her name is Lily. Lily has been going to the Jr. High School that I went to and she has for a while. She also went to the elementary I went to, and we were talking about rape and molestation and some close encounters. Yes, I was almost raped once but that's a long story. Anyway, Lily here has a friend who's a guy and she's terrified of him. I feel so sorry for Lily, 'cause this kid- we'll say his name is Roy -has anger-management. And it's not simple, it's huge. Lily told me he choked a kid in 5th grade. He's has to go to the Loony Bin to get if fixed but it's coming back. Roy also has a huge crush on Lily. Lily, one morning, cried her eyes out and refused to go to school because she was worried this boy was going to touch her. My step father soon got her to go and I heard that she wouldn't get out of the car and one of the school counselors had to come out and escort her inside. I'm scared for her. Because when Roy and her get older, Roy will either get worse or get better. He seems like he would be a good kid, but from Lily I've heard so far that he's banged a kids head against a desk and had tackled a boy after they had had a small fist fight.

She doesn't know what to do, she's too scared to tell the kid to leave her alone, she doesn't want to continue with counseling. She told me she just wants him GONE.

Can I get help for my new little sister?

Well,
First of all, I'm surprised that his kid is even allowed to public school if his anger management issues are that terrible.

Perhaps you should have your parents talk to a school counselor or the principal even. You can request that she is moved from any classes with him, and you can probably request that a counselor walks with her through hallways to ensure that she feels safe.

Yeah, pretty much what she said.
