Okay, sorry if I'm spamming sweatdrop but yeah, I was just wondering,
When my membership expires, can I still talk to people when I'm in a f2p world and they're in a p2p world? coz I tried messaging my brother (f2p) in a p2p world and he said he didn't get a message from me.. and when he messages me, I get nothing.
Is this cause' he's in a f2p world and I'm in a p2p world?

Yes, if you're in a f2p world, you can message p2p peoples.
Couple things to help - Check your ignore list, see if you perhaps have him added to it instead of your friends list. Check the username that he's messaging - make sure it's correct. If either of you are just joining, make sure you've completed the tutorial all the way through. Sometimes it's rather asinine about messaging people until you're a full fledged member of the game.

Also, make sure your brother didn't say he was under the age of 13. Otherwise he'd be limited to Quick Chat. For both sending and receiving any sort of chat.
