I use to masturbate and have sex quite frequently with my girl. But It kinda makes me feel dirty and like I'm making her filthy too. We seem oversexed.
I feel guilty and all before and after doing any masturbation or sex. Currently, we're restraining. It's right, right?

Personally, I find nothing wrong with it as long as you're taking all the precaution measures. Condoms, birth control..the whole ordeal. If you've had as much sex as you say, I hope you have.
I guess it comes down to your morals and belief. Do you feel it's wrong to be as sexually active as you are? Obviously, you do.
I say take it slow. Masturbate only when you really feel the need but don't do it just to pass the time. Have sex when you two feel emotionally right at the time and limit yourself.
That way you can space it out instead of just going at it. You don't have to get rid of it but now you're not abusing it.

And you should really tell your girl how your feeling. My bf felt the same way you do so he tried to evade talking to me about it by saying he was Christian. And well after he took my virginity and had sex with me all the time you can guess I didnt believe him and that led to problems. I thought there was someone on the side, i was sexy enough anymoreect. SO YOU HAVE TO TELL YOUR GF

Haha, I'm a buddhist. razz Anyway, one more thing. Alike Christians, for us, lust is bad. And for that, we would be punished. I don't want either of me or my girl to be punished in any way. I've told her this before but she just plays ignorant about it.

Depends on what your beliefs are. I'm Anglican (Christian), and I don't believe that lust or sex are bad, or anything like that.
It's not wise to force that on your girlfriend though. If she doesn't believe it's bad, then don't make her believe it. She's entitlted to her own beliefs. You two might want to sit down and talk about it, and figure out something you're both comfortable with.

Unfortunatly, regardless of religion, there is a lot of Puritanism left in the US. It's weird, the US is very confused. I like to think of it as the teenager of countries. It's afraid of sex, ashamed of it, but obsessed with it at the same time. Like a dirty little secret.
These are hangups you either need to face and deal with and make sure you don't pass to your children, or give into and live accordingly.
Either way, you need to talk to your gilfriend about it. If you are thinking less of her (feeling that she is "dirty" for having sex with you), that's something she needs to know about.

If I remember right, in the Buddhist religion doing things for "bribe" so to speak, is really bad. So if lust is bad, so is not doing it because you don't want to be punished.

i ckinda masturbate, and yes i knwo theres no kinda ..but it applies for me iguess...and even though im a virgin i still don't know about the whole issue yet, cause i've never been .......um.....how do i put this......properly introduced to it, ......i guess that how you could say it for my case... but on the other hand
theres a health tip from a site i was looking at for a friend who wanted some information fo health class, and he was at my house ..so he went to get a drink while i contineud to search
masturbatoin is actually considered to be healthy....in some beliefes it's supposed to rid you of dead "fishes"( i say that 1, cause i don'[t knwo how to speell the proper term and 2, this is how neglected i was from the other kids at school...oh well) in other bliefes(religious ones this time) it's supposed to rid your body of bad karma...but thats just a supersition...so don't base you deciion on that.
