Her son was off somewhere, with her mate, they had left right after the snow had stopped to go for a fly in the cool air. She had decided to stay some time longer in the teepee and warm up further before going out into the cold winter air.
Gossamer like wings fluttered in the air, while she cut through the air darting about the trees, branches, and twigs as she headed out of the woods. It was just as she left the woods she stopped and landed on a log that was dusted in snow. Standing there, wings fluttering ever few moments she stood there looking around. It was truly a lovely evening.Long white hair flew about her in the wind, beads jangled and jingled as they moved against each other.
"It's lovely...the first proper snow..." She breathed out softly." It really was stunning to behold. Her son and mate were likely enjoying this evening as much as she was, but in a different way. She was glad her mate had eventually gotten over his shock over two sons who looked more like his daughter shoulder, and a daughter who looked more like theres sons should.

Soon she started to lose her happy smile as no one seemed to be out or wanted to play with her. Finally she decided to stop and rest as she'd tired herself out. Samnie looked for a good place to relax but all she could see was the forest not too far from her and endless snow around her. Sighing softly she moved a little closer to the trees. As she came closer to them she heard the sound of something jingling.
Confused she looked around herself again but saw nothing. Since the sound had been so faint she shook it off as her imagination. Shaking her head she looked back at the trees. Maybe being so close to them wasn't a good idea. She had yet to see the log or the Fluttercorn who stood on top of it. The mare just stood their looking at the woods sadly.

A mother and a kind, gentle, soquili it was the sight of the slowly saddening Usdia that captured her attention. She'd watched them as they'd arrived and been sad seeing them become upset. They had seemed so happy and now...it was seemingly gone, sweept off like the snow blown into the air by the wind.
Deciding it simply wouldn't do the fluttercorn jumped off the log and let her wings take her into the air. Her course set, the black and white Usdia. She wouldn't allow such a happy seeming soquili to become upset, or at least she wouldn't allow it to continue.
Fluttering her way over she hovered infront of the little Usdia, well...not so little compared to her presently.
This little Usdia did look young and very perky, such a cute little Usdia really...certainly one who should not know sadness or loneliness well at all.

The Usdia was startled when she saw the Fluttercorn come into her sight. All she could do was stare for a moment wondering if her eyes were playing a trick on her. Finally deciding she didn't care if the other was real or not, Samnie perked up happily.
"Hello!" She exclaimed joyously before prancing around the blue mare. "Have you come to play with me?" Her question held all the hope that was reflecting in her eyes. Samnie's black tail flicked slightly in her excitement. Even if this other Soq was just a figment, she would still have fun with it till it went away. Though she really hoped the fluttercorn wouldn't go away.

Well now, this was a good thing. It seemed just by making her presence known the Usdia was much happier. For this Requiem was glad, she hadn't liked seeing her so upset. Smiling at the question she nodded her head, just once.
"Yes, I am going to play with you little one." THough really, right now, she was the smaller of the two soquili. "What would you like to play little one?" Tilting her head, awaiting an answer. She would play whatever the Usdia wanted to, whatever made her happy.
