 Not quite the right nature, but that would be her on GPX. Hera is going to take a major role in the upcoming meta I've been working on with Sniper. So if she's not approved before her first appearance, she'll still be used in events. Just not outside.

Hobbies:
+ Dancing Something she couldn't do so well as a Pokemon, but something she found constantly floating as a Uxie gave her a certain advantage over everyone else with. She had a natural grace, formed from rarely setting foot on the ground. Air is very difficult to trip in. Perfect for practicing movements. Complete with her already tiny frame, this made her perfect for ballet. Being a little on the short side didn't stop her from pursuing her goal of performing on the side of her main duty.
+ Romance Stories She's not sure what it is, but she can't pass up a good romance book or movie. Something about it tugs at her mostly frozen heart strings.
+ Yoga Something that comes naturally when you do gymnastics. Hera likes to ensure she's always as flexible as need be and tends to practice this quite often.
Dislikes:
+ Interrupting her work And, no. I don't mean the dancing. At least not completely. Hera, being a meta character, has a secret job. A special job. One that people had best not get in her way or she'll make good use of her special Uxie ability.
+ Mirrors As odd as this one sounds, Hera is rather paranoid about mirrors. In her own house, she only owns a small one on her wall. Mirrors are a window into another world and you never know who is watching your every move.
+ Other People Some, she can tolerate. But those who think you're their best friend or won't leave you alone, those are a thorn in her side. Kindness is irritating, celibacy is boring.
At the same time, it's those people she gets a kick out of messing with.
Likes:
+ Fashion Even as a Pokemon, Hera had an interest in the things humans would put on their bodies. On her outings away from home, she would pick up any random accessories, scarves, or small things she could get her hands on. And often liked to take from the people whose minds she erased. Needless to say, as a PokeHuman, shopping happens to be a favorite past-time of hers.
+ Being Roughed Up Whether verbally or physically, Hera gets a sick pleasure when men are rough with her. She adores being slammed against walls and grabbed. And always fights back with just as much as they deliver.
It's not always about sex, either. In fact, despite the way she comes off, it rarely is with anyone else. Hera gets enjoyment from people who try to get one over on her. Or think they're worth the time and day.
+ Gene Hera loves to hate the Genesect. He is the only person, besides her mistress, she has found who gives her such amusement. He infuriates her in such a way she would love nothing more than to strangle him. On occasion, she does. Or at least try to.
+ Lingerie Separately from fashion, there is a special place in Hera's closet for pretty underwear. The sexier, the better.

Good
--- Intelligent --- Being the Pokemon of Knowledge, this goes without saying. In fact, she would personally like to think she's the smartest creature around. And don't anyone dare challenge her claim. For she also has a good memory and can name all the Gods from her namesake. Including minor ones and their children.
--- Work-Oriented --- When Hera sets aside to get a job done, she gets the job done. You will not interrupt her, nor try to take her away from her work. Until she completes what it is she sets out to do, she won't pay attention to much else. This is not a sign of being stubborn. For she isn't. Hera just knows she has a job to do and must complete it.
--- Romantic --- A side she tries to keep hidden, but tends to fail miserably at. When she tries to do her work, it gets in the way. Making her take pity on couples and love. This has jeopardized her projects in the past. Why exactly is it positive? It's good for you that she gets distracted from her work if you're involved. Provided you have a special someone to help divert her attention.
Hera, herself, is not a sucker for a pretty face. Nor a sweet talker. As interested as she is in the genre, she isn't in finding her own. This would not only hinder her mission, but it's just not something she's used to. As a Pokemon, all she had were her siblings. That is the only love she's come to know.
--- Graceful --- This comes naturally when you spend most, if not all, of your time as a Pokemon floating above the ground. Though Uxie has legs, it doesn't stand normally on the ground. Having nothing to trip over and just smooth air to glide through, it should be no wonder Hera has a graceful step. And it doesn't refer only to the way she walks. The woman has a charm about her that most people tend to let misguide them. She could talk her way out of nearly anything, with a bat of her eyes, a touch on the cheek, and soft words whispered in your ear. She tends to use endearing words in her speech a lot, as a way to make herself come off less threatening. It's not uncommon for her to put sweetie or love after your name.
--- Courageous --- Hera has, and will, face nearly any foe to get her way. She does not willingly back down from a fight and has no problem with getting herself hurt in the process. Being a Psychic Pokemon makes this an easy feat. Recover has proved a very useful attack in the past and is one she's never let go of.
But she is also not stupid. There have been cases she has run from the fight because the foe was either much too strong or much too angered for her to risk her life for.
Bad
--- Aggressive --- Not a trait shown very often on a regular basis. If someone gets in her way or a plan comes to foil, Hera can get pretty violent. From throwing Pokemon attacks to actually kicking and pulling people by the collar, she does not just sit and let people mess up her plans. Regardless of who it is. She's not above floating up to a tall person and grabbing them around the collar in an attempt to bring them down to her level for a shouting out. Anyone who thinks to take her small stature as a sign she's weak will be reprimanded quickly.
--- Vain --- The little Uxie looks good and she knows it. If you don't know it, there is obviously something wrong with you. So she doesn't have curves to rival some other Pokehuman. Big deal. Curves aren't everything. She's still gorgeous in her own right.
It should also be noted that this little woman has little shame. That's not to say her choice of clothing is one to be desired only by guys. Though her dresses are usually mid-thigh or really tight in the bottom, she doesn't dress as little as possible. You don't need to dress that way to look sexy. But if she were to, say...End up on a beach that allows nudity, well...Lets just say she's one to 'go with the flow' of things. Random booty call in an alley way? She's there!
--- Amorous --- This trait does not include love. Whereas Hera is a huge romantic and softie for couples, she herself doesn't care for it in her own life. All she wants is the physical aspect of it. But she won't just seek it out from anyone. The Uxie has a special taste that most men can't satisfy in her. For she loves dominance, both from her and from the man. She doesn't want to be loved and cherished. She wants to be roughed up and do some roughing herself.
No matter how amorous Hera may get, there is one thing to keep in mind: She doesn't use her body to get what she wants. She has more dignity than that. But because it is difficult for her to find takers to satisfy her when she needs it, this makes her more seductive around the ones she has found who meet her special tastes.
This part of her personality doesn't, however, mean she hits on every man she runs into. Like her sexual needs, it takes a certain kind of man to gain her attention even for just a little flirting.
--- Guarded/Closed --- While this is a good trait to have with someone like her, in general it's not a good thing. Aside from her work, this makes her extremely difficult to get close to. She trusts no one and she is suspicious of everyone. Including those she works for.
--- Heartless --- As a Pokemon, Hera got a lot of amusement from erasing the memories of those who found her cave. This wasn't the cave near Snowpoint, however. She hid herself a little better than that Uxie. But for those who managed to find her, they found themselves witnessing the special ability of her species. Sometimes she erased their memory of how to find her. Or, when she was feeling equally devious, she would erase more. It wasn't uncommon to find people with their entire life gone, wandering around the woods or towns nearby. Eventually, their families found them. But they were never the same. You can't get back the memories someone takes from you.
As a PokeHuman, this hasn't changed much. If you get in her way or attempt to stop her from doing her secret job, things could get ugly. She doesn't enjoy random people trying to start silly and below average conversations with her.
Hera is just the kind of person who will laugh if a tree falls on someone's house. She takes care of only one person: Herself. You're late for work because a Pikachu chewed the wires in your car and now it won't start? No, that's hilarious! And she will laugh about it in your face.

Hera has siblings. A book in the Canalave libary tells us Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf all hatched from the same egg. However, I don't want people questing for her siblings. I'll have an event to give them away.

How does she avoid erasing memories? Her eyes don't do the erasing. The jewel on her forehead is actually a third eye, which closed looks like a jewel.

I like how rounded the character is as well. For every positive there is a good negative attribute to even it out.
The curious thing for me though is if she is so into romance novels and the sort, why is she not wishing to be loved as the characters or people in these romances?
Also, She is passive aggressive? Or is that just how she goes about everything?

Good. Very good. But you, ma'am sir, don't make this easy.
Second question is hard to say...Most of the time, she's just sweet and charming. Deep down, there probably is a more aggressive person, but, being intelligent, knows it's not the best way to get things done. People work better when you're kind on the compliments.
Like when she interacts with Gene. She's a smooth-talker until he traps her in something like admitting she's his toy. Got pretty angry, there. Snarled, growled, grabbed him by the collar. She just has self control, any other time.
First, probably just afraid. Of losing focus of her goals. Of getting on the wrong side of yours. Of becoming too much like a typical human woman. It's weak to care about others. All you have is yourself. She's not affectionate. Never was. Always lived by herself. Moving from that to human affections is difficult and contributes part of it.

I really love Hera for being an out of the box girl especially for an Uxie, but one thing popped out, why does she dislike kind people so much? Did it lead to the cause of her removing memories heartlessly?
Other than that I can't really see anything to crit for her, you've pretty well answered most of it. Approved Yes? biggrin

I Love this profile! She's Very well balanced yet still has a slightly malicious side! It makes me chuckle. Hera is a very original character, who has moxie abound. She's a girl to never mess with. That makes her awesome in so many ways.
