There was the good! While they still had to adjust to living with each other, living with Heather had been mostly fun. There was the whole getting used to her not making a lot of greasy food, and she had to adjust to his fish...but it was working out, slowly, and it'd be okay. He had gone to Cordelia's house to make cookies and have Christmas with her, which had also been a lot of fun!
But then there was Zee, and the whole...uncertainity of what was going on there. It had been wonderful seeing his boyfriend again, and exchanging gifts! But...
He didn't even want to think about it. Just one more blissful night of pretending everything was okay so he could do the task he had set out to do. Then...then maybe he'd sit down and figure things out.
The Negaverse was a dark world with few glimmers of light in it's ranks. Most were forever focused on advancing the darkness on the world, on putting their Queen in her rightful place by whtaever means necessary. Death, destruction, torture, whatever it took to reach their goal was okay. But for some, this one goal wasn't enough. Other things drove them, and for one little ray of light known as Scheelite the party always went on. Work was work, and he was fine with that. He'd always be the best officer he could be, but in his mind sometimes that required a little bit more.
He had somehow managed to gather officers in the snow for a party. Although some had wondered why in the hell they had ever accepted the invitation, most (if not all!) had left with the realization that sometimes they just needed to unwind. While he might not have been very good at more serious matters Scheelite did have one hell of a knack for bringing people together just to have fun.
Christmas begged for another glimmer of light into their lives. Begged for it. So in between the time spent with family and friends Scheelite had gathered together a vast array of his favorite thing on the planet and as complete a list of addresses as he could manage. Finally, on the appointed day, he had set out to make his delivery rounds.
Negaversers everywhere returned to their rooms to find a very Scheelite present tucked away in a corner. One package of glowsticks and a handwritten note. Each was embellished a bit where it could be (ones addressed to former Team Enterprise were elaborated on, and the like) but at the base it was always the same.
The Note
Hey there!
Everyone deserves a gift on Christmas, and those of us in the Negaverse are no exception! It might not be a lot, but I do hope it helps remind you that there IS hope out there. We are an amazing group, and with the power of us all we can accomplish anything. One glowstick in the night might not have much of an impact...
But the combined power of all the glowsticks of the world? That has an impact, and that's what we will do. Our power, together, will change the world. Here's to another great year in the name of the Negaverse!
Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!
Captain Scheelite

The glowstick analogy may have been...awkward, but in some way it made sense. Scheelite wasn't gifted with many words but the visual still got across. Individually they all made their own impacts, but combined...well, the Senshi stood no chance.
Packages had also made their way to the Negaverse headquarters, with one laid on the throne for Beryl and three more left for the General King and Queens that had recently returned.
Beryl's own note included an extra message of:
Quote:
Thanks for the super amazing glowstick communicator!
Seemed the note with their crystals hadn't exactly quite hit home yet.
Work done, Demetri Wright had returned to his bed in Heather's house and settled in for a good night's sleep. Tonight, he had done good, and tomorrow...well he'd just take the days as they came.
