Mchumba Saorise admired her tracks as she padded gently through the snow, It was fresh and stuck to her fur with each step as she entered the open field. Her green eye's lit up with excitement as she took in the breath stealing site.
Before the Lone female and her companion lay a huge opening in the deep forests, just along side the mountain rage, the snow fell lightly on the seemingly undisturbed land as it glittered, and shimmered in the bright, early afternoon light. No telling how deep it was with how it seemed to slope slightly in areas, but then head up in a slow arch that began the massive white mountains accent. It was any wolf with a pup's soul's playground. The light in the sky was perfectly bright despite the still falling snow, just right for keeping fur from becoming uncomfortable in the cold. In the distance she even noted a boulder that seemed to have melted all it's snow from it's surface, a wonderful looking sunning spot!
"Oh Mchu! Look at thisss!!!'"Saorise please don't! I'm not as...-" The poor lynx's words were lost on the Lone female as the wolf darted out into the field, not a care in the world as she unexpectedly fell into a few deep bouts of snow. All the smaller female could hear was the wolf's howl's of laughter as she lightly began hopping along her wolfy companions tracks in an attempt to keep herself from falling in a deep hole. "Saorise?!"------ Plot Outline: Meet n Greet, Lets play in the snow anyone's welcome!

Noëlle padded atop the snow-pelted earth, the light webbing between her toes keeping her from sinking into the cold flakes. Her green fur and white underside offered some camoflauge as she walked between the trees but she soon left the shelter the forest offered in favor of the wide-open field, breathing in the cool, crisp air of the winter evening.
She had just woken as the sun started to set, but her eyes were keen and her ears alert. She saw a brightly-colored wolf playing in the snow, an equally bright but much smaller lump of fur beside her. A howl of laughter reached her and she smiled, thinking the two mother and pup. A flash of concern went through her mind as she wondered what the pair were doing alone in the dead of winter, but they sounded so carefree and didn't look at all like the starving lones she had sometimes met up with that her worry was soon cut short. Personally, if she were in the mother's paws, she would have sought a pack, so pack-oriented she had grown to be. But she knew others preferred differently and refrained from judging, instead approaching the two with a curious eye and a cheerful smile.
In a pack, she could have been alpha. She was not much larger than any other wolf, but she held such confidence and natural authority that it wouldn't have been hard to believe she would hold a high rank in just about any pack. This, however, was not pack. It was free, unclaimed land, and when she was close enough to see that the smaller of the two was instead a lynx, she refrained from raising her tail or pressing her ears forward in dominance; but she didn't curl her tail or offer herself humbly, either, instead appearing calm and relaxed, to show that she wasn't there with any ill intention.
"Hello," she called in a friendly manner, offering a slight wag of her tail to add to her already amiable posture. She glanced at the lynx, thinking him adorable and smiling at the similarities between he and the wolf. Before, she might have been confused to see the two in such company – they were both predators, after all, and it wouldn't have been uncommon for them to be fighting over food had they both been adults – but during her travels, she had come across a few quite like the pair she saw now. Some form of miniature lynx seemed to have appeared over the winter and had formed bods with others of her kind. To her, it was no wonder, for their large, curious eyes reminded her of wolf pups, and such pups were cherished by most, if not all wolves.

Mchumba Saorise froze mid stride, the consequences for that were sinking up to her lower shoulder, Mcumba right behind her disappeared as the snow enveloped her entire frame from stopping. She let out a hiss of frustration at that but remained silent other wise, She wasn't as large as most of her own kin, let alone a fully grown wolf.
The lone female raised her tail slightly, but then noticed the new comer's wagging one and joined in the action, trying to ignore the sense of dominance that radiated off of the other huntress. "Well hello!" she said cheerfully. For being a lone wolf all her life, she'd never developed the tendency's to flee or feel frightened by other wolves, to her, they meant a new friend, or adventure. "Saorise...?" The huntress in question tweaked her ears at her name. "Mchu... I think she's safe... Did you come to enjoy this field like we did? I couldn't resist once I saw it..." she let a wolfish grin cross her face as her tong lulled out playfully. At her words Mchumba slowly pulled herself out of the snow, via Saorise's tail.
It would have looked quite funny to the other female as the cat ended up on the wolf's back. Saorise didn't even show she noticed her new passenger, her bright green eye's looking over the new females frame. "Oh... I like her jewelry... quite pretty." Mchumba said as if Noelle weren't there, though her posture told the other wolf that she was very much aware of her. "It is! Oh, How rude. I'm Saorise, this is my friend Mchumba!" she made no movements other then in her face and tail as she spoke, still unsure of the situation but hopping that they indeed had another new friend to enjoy this place with.

((Yeah, it makes sense, no worries. xD))
Noëlle was glad to have been received in such an affable way, and her smile widened as they continued to speak. The initial reaction, with the wolf pausing and the lynx sinking, had caused some discomfort. She had considered leaving, then, for she knew some lone wolves preferred to be that way and were aggressive towards others of their kind, and she didn't want to frighten the lynx so much it suffocated or got lost in the snow. But then the latter had climbed out and perched on the wolf's back, and it had been so funny and charming she was glad she had stayed.
"I did," she said when she had been asked her reason for coming, and she was delighted to find someone who enjoyed the snow as much as she did, for many were prone to blame it for the leaving prey and the coming cold. She didn't blame them – it caused many deaths for that reason, after all – but it was nature, and the snows made the summer that much more appealing.
"Thank you," she replied politely when the two expressed their appreciation regarding her jewelry. It was something she prized but, as they hadn't asked of its origins or anything more, she kept silent about it. She wouldn't want to have them listen to something they might not be interested in hearing.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Saorise, Mchumba," she said, looking to each in turn, her voice honest and her eyes bright and dancing. "You've found a wonderful place to visit."
