This is the Travel Thread, where you will find the different routes that you will need to take when traveling in between Countries. Like the normal (RP) threads, this thread is meant to be RP'd in and does not count OOC chat as lines towards your total.
...ll How to Begin ll...
You may only enter a thread that your character is either going to or coming from. This means that if your character is in the Fire Country and is headed to the Water Country, then you may not post in other travel threads. This also means that you must always start in the proper location based on where your character is before they started traveling. Once you start on a road you can not simply choose to head back and negate the waiting time.
Once you enter a thread you must wait out the duration of the travel time. This not only reflects the time it takes to travel back, but is in place simply to avoid the need of calculating exactly how long you have been in the thread.
You must meet the minimum post requirements and wait at least the out of game time that is listed before you may leave the thread. This is to prevent players from simply jumping around from Country to Country, making Tracking, War, and Missions more realistic and enjoyable.
...ll Special Rules ll...
When traveling you are required to meet a minimum line count of 4 lines per post. Also please be sure to read the description of each travel thread so that you can properly make the trip. (Example: Under normal circumstances, the only way to make a trip from Water to Fire, would be to take a boat unless you have sort of skill or ability that allows you to cross the ocean in some other way)
Each road may also have special conditions during certain times which can effect each character, such as "a recent mudslide on this road slows travelers, post count is increased by +x" The condition of each road will be listed on the Route Status page.
...ll Traveling Faster ll...
...Under Construction..
...ll Post Time and Count Requirements ll...
On the map you'll notice there are lines that lead to each country, and on those dotted lines are roman numerals (as shown below.)
Each roman numeral represents a road and below you can see the time it takes to get from one country to another on that road.
Note: For more efficient travel be sure to check the map and plan out your route.
