Have you ever wanted to create your own Pokemon? Well, here is you chance to show off what you'd want to see in a Pokemon! There are two categories you can enter: (1) Splice and Sprite and (2) Freehand.

Dark Shadow Itachi was the only one to enter in this category. Thus he will automatically receive 20k for entering.
I did receive and entry that was for one in each category, but I couldn't tell which was which. so I counted that as invalid.
Splice and Sprite
