Baken walked casually a long side the icy river, leading away from the lake which had also fallen victim to the harsh winter weather. He was in a love, hate situation with the water right now. The ice created better, deeper shadows when soquili came across the lake's edge however smashing through the ice to scare or pull them under had caused major headaches. He gave a soft grunt thinking about it. Being on land wasn't his ideal case either. His eyes swarmed to the cursed graveyard not far from where he stood. There always seemed to be a constant fog that lingered over it and with the snow, it had a thick, smoggier look to it than usual.
He stopped and brushed away the snow that covered the grass with one of his hooves, leaving a circle of green before him. He leaned down and nibbled on the contents after giving it a cautious sniff, whilst he believed no one was around and no one to see a 'fish out of water.'

The white draft mare walked slowly through the land mumbling lightly to herself about how she hated being what she was. She didn’t mind her beauty because she knew she was gorgeous, but she wanted to be a cat again. She was stuck as something with no claws and no bushy tail. How annoying was that!? Huffing in annoyance she walked slowly through the snow covered field. Stopping a little, she spotted an odd looking male in the distance. She wasn’t one to judge because I mean she just went from cat to horse in a couple days. It was rather odd in itself.
“Hello!”
The mare called out as she trotted towards the odd looking stallion. She wore a smirk on her muzzle that was bound for disaster and her short mane blew gently in the cold winter breeze.
“What has got you wandering around here.”
She asked cocking her head up a little bit. She wasn’t afraid of anything even this male. Though he did look rather…intimidating.
