The Red Ribbon Army. The sole creator and distrubtor of Androids and other Cybernetics. There purpose over the years have changed. At first they only wanted to find the Dragon Balls to wish for world domination. Nobody knows what their motives are now. Maybe time has changed them..maybe not. Androids are now being produced by Gero Jr.

Android 21
Photon Flash - 700 Ki Points
(フォトンフラッシュ) is an energy wave, first, the user puts his hand forward and charges a golden-yellow energy sphere. Then, he fires the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave against the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
Rocket Punch - 500 Ki Points
(ロケットパンチ) is an attack used by Androids, notably Android 16 and Major Metallitron. First, the Android raises one of his fists and points it toward his opponent. Then, his fist rockets off his arm to strike the opponent, inflicting a good deal of damage.
Bionic Punisher - 800 Ki Points
A variation of Eye Lasers used by the androids, Dr. Gero (Android #20) and Android #19. This is also the attack Dr. Gero used to destroy a large section of South City. (Bio-Android Accessible)
Built in Scouter - 400 Ki Points
A scouter embedded within the android's eyes as sensors that can detect energy level and location. (Bio-Android Accessible)
S.S. Deadly Bomber - 1200 Ki Points
(S・S・デッドリーボンバー) The ultimate attack. He generates a giant spiraling, crimson-pink energy ball with a reddish-pink sphere in the middle that homes in on his opponent. Android 13 claims that this attack is able to reduce half of Earth into fine dust.
Energy Absorption V1 - 1500 Ki Points
A technique introduced in the Android Saga by Androids 19 and 20. Due to them having mechanical components, Dr. Gero (Android 20) invented a way for him and 19 to absorb energy from an outside source in order to power up their own energy reserves. This is accomplished through the use of a mechanism on each hand that absorbs energy blasts, or drains energy from a person when they are grasped. Absorption doesn't work if the users current Ki is full, since this technique is used to replenish their own power
- Draining Ki starts at 500 and 500 keeps adding on per consecutive post in contact. So if you hold an opponent for two post it will drain 1500, 500 for the first post and 1000 for the second. But when let go of the count starts over.

Energy Squall - 600 Ki Points
The user fires flurries of large, bright Ki Blasts that is more powerful than the average energy volley. It is useful for quick, effective, and causing massive accumulations of damage to the foes. The difference with the Full Power Energy Barrage Wave is that the user doesn't move his hands while firing it.
Power Blitz - 700 Ki Points
(パワーブリッツ) is an energy wave used by Android 17 and Android 18. The user draws his/her hand back and charges a swirling pink/blue energy sphere. He/she then brings his/her hand forward and fires the sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
3-D Scan Mode - 700 Ki Points
This feature even allows them to see straight through buildings, .It also has some way of measuring power level, One final feature is a synchronization with Dr. Gero's Super Computer, which feeds them information and shows scans of weak points during battle. When using this mode, their eyes flash and make repetitive beeping noises. They also see a blue interface, filled with white graphs, numbers, and other various technological markings. Hell's Beam - 1000 Ki Points
(ヘルズビーム) is used by Androids. First, the Android disconnects his elbows to reveal cannons inside his arms. Then, he charges fire-like energy in the cannons and fires a yellowish-orange energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage.
Shocking Death Ball - 1600 Ki Points
(電撃地獄玉,) He places his hands forward as if he were going to do a strong Flash Bomb attack, only he forms a sphere of deep black energy that has another gray sphere inside it that turns black in the center and has red electricity flowing around it. If he charges the attack for a few seconds, it seems to take on a decagon shape, but most commonly looks like a circle. Once he fires it, it leaves a shot black trail of energy behind before it hits the target, very easily causing a nuke-sized explosion that destroys everything caught in the explosion.
Hell's Storm - 1400 Ki Points
In a manner similar to Android 16, Super 17 detaches one of his forearms, but instead of firing massive blasts from the cannon hidden in his arm like 16 does, Super 17 fires several hundred bullets in a Flash Bomb-esque fashion, albeit in a concentrated and narrow straight line.
Energy Absorption V2 - 1500 Ki Points
The advantages allow cyborgs to absorb energy directly into the body and use it to increase other abilities. The ability works by creating a personal barrier around his body causing him to absorb any form of energy that comes in contact with him. While this is more powerful than the first version it has a disadvantage that prevents the user from moving when absorbing energy. This ultimately can lead to the users demise. Absorbing more than double your own ki will result in self destruction.

A technique that releases an unknown amount of hidden power within a android.
-A mod rolls five 4-sided die for the recipient.
-Those five numbers are used to add on to Strength, Defense, Speed, Power Level and Ki, in that order.
-The last number is multiplied by 3000 to add on to ki.
-Upgrade 2.0 can only be used once.
-Exclusive to cyborgs/absorbers.

Parasites A parasitic organism that had crash landed onto Earth. After the Red Ribbon Army retrieved and looked over the remains as well as captured parasites from individuals that had gotten infected, they discovered that with a little tweaking they could actually enhance these organisms with their scientific prowess and turn them into sinister weapons for the people of earth. These weapons grant a series of powers, and are amplified by how many kills that the host has gained with this power. 1-2 kills = A small amount of manipulation of the parasite [10%], drains a lot of ki and stamina. And moves the host into a sickened state if used for too long. Equivalent to 15,000 Ki Drain per use.
3-4 kills = A greater amount of manipulation of the parasite [35%], drains a lot of ki and stamina, but the host is no longer placed into a sickened state. Equivalent to 10,000 Ki Drain per use.
5-6 kills = About half the manipulation of the parasite [50%], drains a lot of ki but very little stamina. The host gains a single stat point on all stats when using the power. Equivalent to 5,000 Ki Drain per use.
7-8 kills = Over half the manipulation of the parasite [75%], drains a small amount of ki and takes no stamina of the user. No real advantages are given with this level. Equivalent to 2,000 Ki Drain per use.
9-10 kills = Full manipulation of the parasite [100%], drains no ki or stamina. The host's abilities with the parasite are limited only by the powers of the parasite and the host's imagination.Should someone infected with a parasite be killed, the parasite will be transfered immediately over to that person. You can only have one parasite at a time. Kills only count if they are on other Player's Characters. [Certain NPC's may count, but that is under the decision of the Mods] Parasite Types Earth Parasite (Owned By: )The basic use of earth, the Parasite simply grants the host a small manipulation of earth through the use of their own Ki. Thus in the beginning their ki will be almost as hard as rock, causing it to strike harder and cause more damage upon impact.. And towards the end, their ki could be almost be considered rock hard, allowing a stronger defense and harder hitting strikes with their ki. Energy Parasite (Owned By: )The basic manipulation of one's own Ki, enhanced fully with the use of this Parasite. The user becomes able to actually use their ki to new heights, in the beginning all this could do is rapidly charge ki even while attacks are being made. Though when fully mastered, this could do anything from creating ki barriers to block weaker attacks, or even manipulating the ki to follow the opponent like a tracker. Light Parasite (Owned By: )The basic manipulation of light through the use of the host's own ki. This Parasite causes the opponent's ki to become much brighter, even taking on a white tinge to it. This ki could potentially cause anyone other then the host to become blind with each use of ki. This parasite could actually cause the Host's ki to be bright enough that it would cause burns upon those that get too close to their attacks. Darkness Parasite (Owned By: )The basic manipulation of darkness, which is granted by this particular Parasite allows for the opponent's Ki to actually appear to draw in any and all light sources from the area around them. The host becomes able to launch their attacks from shadows, and even move certain limbs to the whole body through larger shadows, the more control they gain. Adaptation Parasite (Owned By: )An odd Parasite which grants the host a series of transformation like abilities that allow for them to adapt to their surroundings and even the battles. Any time during battle the host becomes able to apply a single stat point for every kill they have, onto their over all stats. These are done on the fly, and cannot be permanent. At the final level, this Parasite can be used to actually alter the molecular structure of the body. The downside is that the changing of the molecular structure actually weakens the body and power. Defense will drop 2 points every time the body is remade, and the host's over all ki will drop 1000 every transformation. These deductions last until the battle is over. Mass Parasite (Owned By: )The basic use of gravity is used by this Parasite, although the Parasite simply grants the host a small manipulation of gravity in the form of changing the mass of things, not through actually controlling gravity in any way. With this Parasite, the host becomes able to change the mass of anything that is struck with their own ki. Thus they can increase the mass, or decrease the mass of an object or person by a certain percentage for every strike that hits the opponent. This will not only effect the wait of what is struck by it, but if it is an opponent it will raise or lower their speed stat by one point each time they are struck. When this Parasite is fully evolved, their speed can be altered by as much as 5 points with each strike. The change in mass is around adding or decreasing 100 pounds per strike of ki. Oddly enough, releasing a certain amount of blood or causing a strong enough self injury will actually release the effects of this Parasite from the effected. Negation Parasite (Owned By: )The natural ability to negate special actions of the enemies or allies around them, which are being focused upon the host. This parasite is able to actually cause such things as other parasites and the use of artifacts and other special items from being useful as long as they are in the proximity and the host has this parasite in use. In the beginning, this can only be used upon one item[ability] upon it's activation. When the host's ability grows, it could effectively disable everything in the area, before it's even used. Equalizer Parasite (Owned By: Majin Bubbles )The ability to actually equalize the playing field, is what consists of the full powers of this particular parasite. The host becomes able to actually use their own ki to not only cause damage, but also slice away at the opponent's stats, or increase their own, by damaging the opponent. In the beginning they can only effect one stat point, on a single stat type until the opponent's stats and the host's stats are even. The stronger the host's power, the more stats they can manipulate upon damaging the opponent. //Example:: Level 1= Host: 5St, 5Sp, 5Def, 4Pl. Opponent: 10St, 5Sp, 4Def, 5PL. Each strike against the opponent can be used to either lower the opponent's strength to 5 [one point loss per strike] or raise the user's to 10. But it cannot effect in both ways. The stronger the level in ability, the stronger the power. IE: Level 2 effects 2 stat types and raises/lowers by 2 points. Level 3 effects 3 stat types and raises/lowers by 3. Level 4 is four stats, and by four. And level 5 is all stats by four and 1000 Ki granted or drained.// Scrambler Parasite (Owned By: "Reaver" Android C1)A parasite with the unique power to actually scramble around the opponent's abilities any time they strike the opponent. This particular parasite is a more defensive type, as they only use their power when the host is struck. Each time the host is struck, the opponent's stat totals will be moved around at the host's will. As they grow stronger in strength, they actually become able to scramble the numbers in the stats themselves meaning a 10 could become a 1. And at the final level the host can actually merge and separate the numbers in order to create all new numbers from all the stats. Although this does not mean a single stat can be lowered to 0. The lowest remains to be 1, and all stats must be used once scrambled, none can be left out. Armory Parasite (Owned By: )A special parasite that may have originated from the body of a Namek in some way. This parasite grants the host to the odd ability to actually be able to manifest weapons of any kind and variety, although it cannot recreate the abilities of other already made weapons, only their appearances. The host starts off with simple daggers, and will end up with larger weapons such as axes towards the final levels. Each weapon created is unbreakable and razor sharp. By the final level the parasite allows for the host to mentally control their weapons, adding to the potency of this ability. Other Information ~As also stated above. Only ONE Parasite can be held per person, and only one person may have a particular parasite. There are no doubles. ~You must contact Reaver Darkside if you wish to acquire a Parasite. ~Parasites cost 10,000 Zeni; on top of normally needing to battle an NPC to earn the Parasite.(Note: If you kill someone with a parasite; you do not need to pay the Zeni. It's free this way.)

In a final test, she focused on the Antique shop and used her instantaneous movement to arrive there. She sold Dabura's sword, reluctantly, back to the shop keeper and claimed that she no longer needed it. She wasn't proficient with a sword anyways, and thanked the woman there for the loan. But the lady smiled knowingly, holding up a pair of panties. Ayane's eye twitched, not understanding why she was holding them up for her. With a brief explanation, she learned the the panties were able to make someone run faster due to their extreme comfort. Ayane accepted them, in payment for the sword...plus a little extra, and hurried into the bathroom to put them on beneath her skirt. She threw the old ones away, she no longer needed them. With a final smile to the shop keeper, she returned to the same room where Reaver sat without alerting anyone she had left in the first place.

As soon as those that had been working on his new improvements were finished taking care of things, Reaver's entire body jerked upwards rather quickly, his entire frame shifting and changing once again, although he kept the rather inhumane height that he had been given, his body took a more smoother feel while most of the spikes and such molded back into the body to give him a more humane appearance once again. Stretching and adjusting his clothing just a hair, Reaver leaps from the table he had been laying on and lands upon the ground. A spare table worth of tools being kicked aside and into one of those that had been working on him in the process. He casually glances in their direction as they scramble to get back up, before he chuckles lightly and activates his own eyes in order to test them out. With a few clicks the entire area become a blue web like pattern for the interface. His eyes narrowing slightly as he peers just outside and notices the female he had been toying with not too long ago, standing there looking brand new. Closer inspection revealed her entire body being made of a similar product as his own, if not a slightly weaker quality in craftsmenship. Then again, there was a reason why Reaver was to be the perfect android just like Cell, and she was just going to be cannon fodder before his takeover of the world. "You're moving again, Girl. About time. You are lucky you continued to hold the will to live, or else I would have killed you on the spot." He says with a grin, as he raises a hand and places it over his face, his fingers actually sinking into one of his eye sockets as he seems to slightly shift the eye into a different direction. "Stupid scientists cant even put eyes in right.." He says, before spitting in the direction of the nearest scientist and then begins walking out of the room, heading straight for Ayane now. It was interesting how fast they had managed to create a body for her, even after he had dumped her here so suddenly. Another member of the Red Ribbon Army meant another item to be used when he took this pathetic world over, and then burned the entire place to the ground, destroying everything and everyone upon it in the process. Only those worthy of life will be allowed to remain, anything else will become just another meal for him to enjoy. He chuckles, raising his hand to rest upon the great sword at his waist in a casual manner, before kicking the doors open, practically smashing them off their hinges and then confronting the female who was apparently eager to see him once again, or some other pathetic thing such as that. "If you are here simply to give thanks for me saving your life, do not bother. The only reason you are alive right now, is because you could take the damage and abuse and still continue to hold the will to live. If you had died upon the table I had left you, they would not have taken time to revive you, only harvest your parts for whatever other scientific experiment that they can concoct on their free time." Reaver says, as he smirks slightly. "Though as a consolation prize, you'll be teaching me that little teleporting trick of yours...Yes, I saw you leave and return. You're not that fast." He says, his purple eyes resting on her rather coldly, or at least that was how Reaver really always looked. If he wasn't lashing out or attacking, it was usually a better sign then most others would get.

Ayane smiled at the creature, he wasn’t so bad. Perhaps he had a heart underneath all that evil after all? He did enjoy getting respect given to him, so she decided to play along with his game. She watched the doctor who failed to do what was needed of him properly get spit on, which made her giggle a bit. She didn’t like incompetent people who were trained to do something yet still could not, so she felt that the scientists treatment wasn’t too extreme. At least he wasn’t killed, she mused. At the request of learning the technique in return for her spared life, she nodded. “That’s acceptable. And I’m still going to thank you regardless of how much you want to hear it or not.” She walked up to him, placing a hand on his arm. “Let’s train, then.”
She focused on the area just outside of West City, the duo landed on a plateau in the middle of the wastes. “Alright. First off, you need to know that this move only allows for the movement between places you have already been.” She attempted to gather her ki and realized that she didn’t have to struggle as hard now to bring it to surface, it seemed readily available to her. “All you have to do is will yourself to wherever you plan on going, it takes a good sized chunk of ki to use. Granted at this point, it isn’t so great to either of us.” She was commenting on his new form, he no longer looked like that creepy beast that she had fought in Satan City.
She waited patiently until he decided to put his mind to the task of teleporting from and back to this location, her eyes squinting at him as the blue haze took over her view. Various statistics showed up on her screen, displaying parameters for Reaver. He was considerably more powerful than she was, but she believer that it was more due to natural evolution rather than practiced skill. But she was fine with that, she would surpass him soon enough. Especially once she could return to her training, she was getting angsty waiting around like she was. “You know, I think you probably learn better under pressure. It seems more your personality, and I also owe you for sword through the chest. Power Blitz.” She held up her hand and fired a powerful pinkish-purple beam right at him.

He frowns slightly at her words regarding thanking him. Though before he could really make a full on reply they were being teleported to an entirely new area for him. Either way this was an interesting ability that he was going to learn off this female. An ability to which allowed him to be almost any where he wished to go, as long as he had been there before would be something very useful in the long run. His purple gaze slowly flowed across the area, before he brought himself into thinking towards actually learning this technique. As soon as he had planned to give it a shot, she had declared something along the lines of a spar, and then commenced her attack against him. His purple hues instantly locking onto her body as he views the mass of Ki that was being sent right his way. Instead of attempting to dodge, he did two things almost simultaneously. By charging Ki into his hands he prepared a counter attack of his own, while using the Energy Shield technique in order to allow for the sudden and massive blast of Ki to breeze right over him, being blocked away by his shield. His face tightens into something along the lines of the look of evil intent, as he fires his counter attack with the sudden snap of his arms. With his hand suddenly opening, a light gray ki is shot forwards and becoming that of a gigantic wave of ki aiming to swallow her up entirely in a matter of moments at this rather close range. His gaze adjusted momentarily through the functioning of the 3-D Scan Mode, allowing him to remain locked on her despite the fact he could not directly see her now. Using the Death Storm technique in order to attempt causing a devistating amount of damage upon his opponent right off the bat, Reaver continues to stand where he was with his free hand resting on the hilt of his blade.  Kawari could see her home base in the distance. Red Ribbon Army HQ. The place where she had been constructed, the place she returned to when in need of repairs or intel, and the place where she could obtain further upgrades, to her systems or other functions. She still hadn't had any miraculous breakthrough in trying to discover her own spark of hunger for battle, the process had entirely stymied her. It was fortunate that she couldn't truly get frustrated. Her emotions as a whole were rather limited in their severity. While she could get angry, sad or happy, she couldn't feel any of those emotions to the degree that a living being could. Perhaps that might be part of the reason why she now had this new problem? It would make sense, in a certain roundabout way. After all, there never seemed to be any shortage of living beings who experienced the hunger for battle, and they didn't have any form of emotional dampeners like she did. Perhaps the two were connected? She would have to inquire further, try to query her creators without drawing too much attention to the issue. After all, it was the nail that stood up that got pounded down, and in the RRA HQ, that meant one of two things. Either a new and 'inventive' way of attempting to fix the problem, or the unit was deemed faulty and discarded. Neither was a result she wished for, so she would have to be cautious. She approached the office, and flashed her identification to one of the bored-looking sentries. There hadn't been any attempts at outsiders attacking in years, but there was always several guards on duty at any given time, day or night. It was just common sense. They were a quasi-military organization, after all. To not have guards stationed constantly was to admit they were weak, and did not have the power they once had. That would only invite outside attention. After she gave a brief report to the sergeant at arms, she made her way toward the development and engineering wing, to schedule a refitting and tune-up with one of the mechanics. The basic maintenance such as that could be attended to with a minimum of fuss, it was the alterations that would require one of the higher-ups. That could take a while, they were all rather notorious for ignoring their schedule and only working on projects that grabbed their attention. With any luck, this would only take a few days. A few lights blinked, a series of buttons that flickered in irregular patterns. They surely signified something, but as to what, only the technicians knew for sure. Likewise was the vast array of scanners, spanners, torque wrenches, hammers, pliers and other tools of the trade. There was solder and spark plugs, circuit boards and wires, countless tools and supplies that surely had some purpose, obfuscated to the common layman. Even to one such as Kawari, many of the devices were unknown, and they had likely been used to create her. She stepped further into the 'workshop', and looked around, her sensors scanning for signs of life, preferably organic life. There was something that just seemed wrong about one android performing maintenance on another. Little did Kawari know, but the reason for that feeling was a deeply buried rule that was part of her programming. The organics didn't want to become obsolete, so they had taken to installing safeguards such as that one, to make sure they were always needed. She finally managed to track one down, but before she could even speak to them of her request, a strident alarm rang. This was not the under attack siren, it was something else. She hadn't been stationed in the workshop, so she didn't know what their particular alarms were. This one seemed urgent as the technician she had almost cornered reacted as if shocked, literally dropping what they were doing before racing off to join the growing throng. Whatever had happened, it seemed to be pretty important. Curious, she followed at a discreet distance, not wanting to get in the way, of whatever was happening. It seemed the workshop's entire cadre of technicians, mechanics and greasemonkeys had all gathered at the hanger doors, the doors usually used when any of the larger vehicles were brought in for repair or maintenance. She kept her sensors in passive mode, she didn't want them to interfere with any delicate electronic waves that might be monitoring the situation. Finally, the hangar doors began jerkily moving up until they were fully open, and a small fleet of standard-sized vehicles pulled in and hove to. Several uniformed guards sprang out of the hatches before bustling to the back doors of two of the vehicles, ones that resembled nothing so much as the paddy wagons of old. A pair of operating tables were pulled out, small repulsor units keeping the tables hovering a level distance off the ground, no wheels to get snagged on uneven flooring. Whatever was on those two tables, covered by linens, had to be important, because they were under heavy guard, several more guards moving out of the vehicles behind them, surrounding the miniature convoy with serious expressions on their faces. She couldn't tell just what the tables held, but her sensors, even in passive mode, were able to detect the scent of slightly dried blood and viscera. Whatever was under those sheets had once been alive, or perhaps was just barely alive even now. This wasn't the medical wing, though, so the victims were not here to be healed. No, whoever they had been, they were now RRA property, with all that that entailed. The massed throng of technicians followed along in the wake of the two tables, chatting excitedly with one another. It seemed they knew at least part of what the tables held, and what would be expected of them. She wasn't able to piece together enough of what was said to make any sense of it. But one thing was obvious. Her own repairs would have to be set aside for a while, while this more exciting puzzle was worked on. It was a good thing she was patient.  Nyx Solo ~ Kame House student That whole thing with Reaver had been crazy but at least it was all over. Yet with it all over, Reaver was elsewhere and now Nyx was left wondering what she would do next. Of course she decided to check out the rest of the world and get ready for the upcoming tournament. There was still much to do and the orange furred cat only wanted to get stronger and stronger. After all, there was bound to be plenty of powerful people that would show up for the tournament and Nyx wanted to be as ready as she could possibly be.
Still, she did not have much idea what else to do so she decided to just check out the rest of the world. She had been riding the Flying Nimbus around when she noticed a place that seemed kind of fun. Sure, it belonged to the Red Ribbon Army but she could handle anything that came her way, right? Right, which was why she had dismounted from Nimbus and had touched down at the base. She stood in front of the main building and took a look around her immediate area. No one here just based on what she saw, although she was sure that there had to be someone here.
Feeling curious, the orange furred cat started to look around and see who may or may not be here at the moment.  The Makyan appeared out of the horizon. His dark eyes remained firmly fixed on the grounds of the Red Ribbon base. While he had his powers, surpressed, Maeyo was surprised to sense a familiar energy. It was the cat woman, whom he had briefly encountered during the Namekian invasion.
Her powers! This can't be right!
Maeyo grimaced as he landed in the base. He crossed his arms over his chest as he focused his concentration. There was no mistaking it was Nyx, but how had she become so much stronger? Or was it simply that she had always been this strong, and only just revealed it?
The Makyan treaded on caution as he began to eye the grounds for closer inspection. He had a feeling that this settlement was not to be expected. A novice would mistake the quiet atmosphere for peace, but it only covered the danger behind its cold exterior, much like that stupid demon spider. The very memory gave Maeyo a head-ache, but he quickly dismissed the thought all-together.
I need to get some answers.
After dropping his arms, Maeyo then approached the cat woman.
"Hey, remember me?"

Sayla had flown into the airspace of the Red Ribbon base, and this one was larger than the one she had 'awaken' at. The one back then was hardly even a hanger and runway, but now resides as a pile of rubble and corpses. Oddly the anti-air guns didn't go over, nor did she even hear anything on if she would be welcome there, but the Bio-Saiyan required to know what..and who she was. Waking up in a deep panic, lack of personal memory. Sayla lands gracefully and notes the two people standing near each other, "Um, excuse me..do you work here?" Her questions needed to be answered, and at this point it meant she may have to rough up a few members of this army.
