I had an thought that nobody really knows what is common knowledge anymore in Axiom, so to prevent accidental metagaming I'm making the first ever Axiom Newspaper! These newspapers are distributed throughout the world anytime something big happens, and everytime they're posted it will be assumed that your character has read or heard about it.

Aramil Destroyed!
Just a few weeks ago, for reasons that we are still not sure of, both the great underwater city of Uuma and even every province in the nation of Aramil has been either ruined or burned to the ground. We recieved an eyewitness account from Sazrah, transporter to Uuma and one of the few survivors of the attack, that the man behind this chaos is none other than the King of Nocturne himself, Fenrir Graveheart. As Sazrah is the only transporter between Uuma and the surface, we asked if she helped Fenrir with this incident, but she assured us she had nothing to do with the attack. It appears that Nocturne's King has alterior methods of travel. As the King himself is the only wtinessed attacker, it is unclear whether or not this was a personal attack or a political one.
Hope in The Spire?
For those few survivors of Aramil, or any other rogues for that matter, there seems to be newfound hope in a mysterious large ship sitting in the Great Ocean known by name only as "The Spire". Training as well as even rankings are now given to these outcast fighters, leading some concern over the rest of the world. As more rogues pull towards this place, seeking to be stronger, we ask is the leader seeking to create his own army? More updates as to the leader's identity and motives coming soon.....

Royal Deaths
Since the last time Axiom News has aired, the leaders of two cities have mysteriously died. The late King of Yuran, Gregory Reinhart [Mayvine], and the Queen of Sutami, Mary DaVinci [X Oxy X], have been succeeded by Arthrun Shimizu [Flaming Amarant X] and Sabal Dalburn [SorceressJacklyn] respectively.
Seven Demons
Quite some time ago, a wave of knowledge has swept over many of the residents of Axiom, bringing the cryptic message, "Seven demons rest in your world. Bring them all back home, and you shall be granted the one thing you desire most." While these demons have yet to be seen by the public, the message has gone out and about, becoming clear knowledge. Now, these seven demons have become ludicrous targets for bounty hunters, adventurers, millionaires, and whatnot.

Mysterious Disappearances!
Reports have popped up of several mysterious vanishings throughout the land. These disapearences have not been linked, though some speculate it has to do with the "Knowledge Wave" earlier this year. Several eye-witnesses say that they saw a large purple, armored hand rise from the ground and snatch the missing persons, dragging them into a mysterious portal. Further information will be released when more of this case opens up.

Mysterious Island!
A mysterious Island seems to have popped up in the Great Ocean. Locals say that the island is plagued with tidal waves and hurricanes, making it impossible to get too. So far, they say that a lone lycan has headed to the island, and has yet to come out. What could possibly be hiding there?
Disappearances! No Lead!
It would appear that the people who have disappeared, are still missing! Local guards have no leads as to what possibly happened. They liken it has something to do with the knowledge wave and the many demons that are supposed to be running around. We can only hope and pray for those poor souls.

Kusana's Festival!
The Queen of Kusana herself have open up a festival in her very city. It's time to celebrate the good health and season it turn out to be to all the people around. There been food and games already setted up in Kusana at their "Bonfire" and their "Random clearing" that will be held at. Each of the games/competition that are being held out each have it's rewarding prize. But the biggest go's to the winner in the mini "Tournament"!
Everyone in Axiom is welcome to join in the festival. The Queen only ask that you would be behave and no fighting unless in the competition. Her only rule is no cheating and that no Master rank or above can join any of the competition. All sign in for the games will be posted on the bored at Kusana to fill out for your self's.
The queen is also looking for a barb to help mood the area with their enchanting music. The queen would e willing to pay 7 gold peaces for each day.
The festival starts TODAY! Come all before it's over before you know it!

Sutami Destroyed!
The fledgling nation of Sutami is the second to fall to violent hands. Preliminary reports point to a Sin Host and companion initiating the attack. While we are still receiving new reports, so far it would seem most of the citizens were able to remove themselves before being killed in the attack. No one has located Former King Sabal Dalburn yet for any comment on his destroyed nation.

Axiom News Paper 2/7/2011 The Lost city of Luray The ancient city of Luray has reappeared on maps around the world today. Luray was well known as a city that had become cursed by mages, suddenly disappearing under an ocean of rock and sand. The Ancient city has returned now, and a message has been sent to all cities and the rogue's spire. The message sends a call to the world, stating that Luray opens it's doors to those in need and offers it's protection to the world. The note was sent anonymously, signed only with "Sincerely- the Queen of Luray"

Nocturne Curse Broken!! New City Standing!!
Reports speak of a strange white wolf with red markings entering into the nation once known as Nocturne. Citizens report hearing a howl and watching as the dark lands were replaced by a bright light the likes of which they had never seen.
Shortly after, a lycan woman with white hair and red markings appeared. She destroyed the old Kingdom of Nocturne that just a week ealier, had been abandoned by its King, replacing the cold and dark kingdom with light that serves as a hope for all, regardless of race. We caught up with the Queen that calls herself Amaterasu and she had this to say: "Why should we continue to wallow in the darkness because of a curse laid upon this land? The sun will keep us all warm. Any lycans that wish to transform under the light of the sun need to only come and see me. I promise that Horus will never end up like Nocturne, were desire is the only thing that prevails. Kindness and love is what should push others foreward, not hate and greed."

Bodies Swapped Everywhere!A few days ago, people passed out where they stood and awoke in another person's body! Details are still coming in but it seems there is already a suspect in this freaky incident. Resurrection:
People from all around the world are being strangely resurrected by forces unknown. There was some speculation in the Necromancer world that a group of powerful Necromancers were behind this, but that was found to be a hoax. However, more leads are currently being looked into.
Return of the Tower of Sins:
It was childish to think that such powerful beings would stay gone forever. Seemingly overnight, the Tower of Sins, destroyed once the sins were booted out from our realm, was reconstructed. People can only speculate that it is the return of the Sins, though those talented in the Arcane Arts know something sinister is brewing.

Angelic Message!
A message was sent across all of the minds of the citizens of Axiom by a man who addressed himself as 'Selaphiel'. Seemingly a warning to all of the Hosts of the Sins. But... weren't the sins eradicated long ago? It seems not!
"Citizens of the World,
It is time to repent for accepting your sins like family, for committing heinous act of Lust, Greed, Sloth, Gluttony, Wrath, Envy and Pride. My name is Selaphiel, created long ago by the over seers of this world as insurance for creating Narathos, and in turn the Sins. They were punishment for 7 individuals who committed unforgivable deeds, forced to live life as the embodiment of what they so foolishly committed. Aramil Reopened?!
Only years after it's destruction at the hands of the tyrannical lycan, Fenrir Graveheart, Aramil and it's capital, Uuma City, is now open once again. Though, a message was also given upon hearing about it's reopening.
"Attention citizens of Axiom,
Uuma City is now open once again. Though, make no mistake. This is not Kusana, where we freely give out items of value. This is not the washed up Luimira city, or the useless city of Pronta. If you seek strength, we offer it. We do not need friends. Any attempts at peace will end with blood. We've just declared war on all of the nations. Good luck.
