So as I'm reading stuff to make my profile I noticed a problem. You have a post amount to learn techniques. Unfortunately all the benefits in terms of learning things faster are in word count. Should probably make it one or the other.

Unfortunately, I have a terrible feeling I joined at the worst time for this guild.
I'm looking at post dates and they're not all that encouraging. I hope the inactivity is due to school and not the fact that the guild seems unappealing (which it doesn't. I like the use of new villages instead of the regular cookie cutter ones).
But immediately I notice another problem. People are bogging every single Uchiha spot there is. Whether this is due to the power of the Sharningan (which, at this point, should be restricted a bit more, as I fear god-modders will soon populate the area) or from the stupid emo look from Sasuke, I don't know. In anycase, other kekkei genkais should be encouraged for use.
Another issue, most kage spots have been taken by the captain (no disrespect). As captain you obviously have authority and the right to a powerful ninja/kage, but over three?
All in all, I do believe you guys have something going for you. Thank you for listening, and I hope to have a good rp experience.

Well Sto, in all honestly, when you are looking through the guild and seeing some dates that say they have old posts, this is because I had started this guild last year due to issues that were being held elsewhere. However, about two months ago, I came back and said "I'm going to make this work." So, the effort got put in and at about the beginning of last month, the guild truly began as something of more an original idea. The kage meeting arc took up a bit of time, because few people found it interesting. Right now, a new arc is in place which will encourage roleplaying, and the other day, I went on a massive invite spree, to try and bring more blood flow into the guild The Uchiha bloodline is currently closed, which will force people to look at the other bloodlines, or encourage the creation of new and interesting bloodlines. And the reason it is so bogged down is probably because of the manga hyping it up so much, and turning the sharingan into the Rinnegan, which everyone wants. Though, we aren't going to do that here. The sharingan is already pretty beastly. Actually, I don't even have one kage spot O_o Right now, I only have my one ninja who is leader of the Organization and am controlling two NPC's that are being used to help people get ready for the chuunin exams which are happening at the end of November. I don't know how you think I have over three powerful RPC's O_o

The spawn of uber-noobs is rather unsavory (I can testify to that). In anycase, I do hope the issue is resolved, if it is an issue on its own.

I just did a "Current Kage Profile Here" thing, so that if anyone wanted to find out more about their kage, it was always the top post, and they didn't have to root through all the profiles in order to find it. Yaknowwhutimean? However the kages of the villages must not have put "This RPC controlled by: " so I can see where confusion might arise.

Suggestion: Make it so that anyone could learn any Kenijutsu/Taijutsu. Village specific ones are just fail because it hampers the learning ability of any Kenjutsu/Taijutsu user.
