I wish my local radio stations would play some Nightwish or Here Come The Mummies, i mean these guys(Here Come The Mummies) deserve to be a household name. Also, i miss my areas local new wave station(its been gone for like 5 years).

Vanna1994 Is he an older artist, or just not that popular? He's been around for awhile, just doesn't get much if any airtime. Instead people like Ke$ha do.

yeah, they keep playing more rap stuff than good songs...i have nothing against GOOD rap but what they're playing now...not good.

Call in and request him, if more people hear him there is a chance that he could get more popular. In your town at least.

I would freak out if I heard most of my favorite bands on the radio. Especially Múm, Tally Hall, or Steeleye Span.
Or maybe the stations I've heard are just really bad. I've only ever heard a few songs from any bands I like on the radio.
