Sorry dude, only new copies come with the Cerberus Network Code. Otherwise, you have to shell out over $20 USD for it.

So even today the codes still work? I thought they had expiration dates like the DA:O Blood Dragon armor codes when they first released.

As long as you buy a new copy of Mass Effect 2 then it should come with a Cerberus Network Card. Alternatively, you could always download it from the Game Marketplace for 1200 MP, the equivalent of $15.
